Fantastic Range of Magic and a great professional team, that makes ordering a breeze.

Just tested Alakazam's "Print By Magic" service. Really happy with the two custom cards I received back using the online poker card template. First, the turn around time was excellent (just one week). Second, Emilio provided great customer service by calling me to discuss the print outs before shipping them over. Very classy and quality focused. Emilio showed me the print outs using WhatsApp and I was postively impressed by this preview.
Obviously clients should be ordering using the best definition for visual assets. But I was impressed by Emilio's taking the time to call, making sure we were on the same page. I will definitely order more, now that I know this service exists and is reliable.

Can always count on great products from Alakazam. If it has their name on it, it's a quality effect, period. But most importantly, whenever any issue arises, they take care of it. No arguing, no run around --- if you are not pleased -- they make it right. I have had 2 issues that were no fault of theirs, i.e., not purposeful, but they corrected the issue both times in a very satisfactory way. I trust Alakazam and you should too.

While I was ordering, I messed up my basket, but the staff had it all sorted immediately and the delivery was bang on time, even though, they cleaned up my mess.

Always deliver quality and always on time

This was my first order with alakazam magic, i have watched many of their demonstrations and took the plunge.

I purchased the "amazing printing deck" and certainly was not dissapointed with my puchase, well packaged and it was easy to get the online video tutorial.
I certainly will purchase again from them and even make the effort to visit the ashford store and possable meet the team.

I only buy magic from Alakazam now. I've tried others but I prefer to know I can get what I need quickly and without drama.

Products are products (unless they are cheap knockoffs, of course!), so for this I do not want to review Alakazam’s excellent product quality, or their superb instructional videos and guides.
This review is about the customer service, and rapport with their customers. Alakazam uses the term “Alakafam” to refer to their customers as family, and to them, it is not just a word, but a mission statement and way of business and life.
Chris James in the USA warehouse embodies this principle in so many ways, that he almost doesn’t have a personal life between work and customer service (which is above and beyond any expectation unless he was the owner!)
Peter and Harry Nardi are awesome examples as well, as they tirelessly assist Chris when I have a situation.
I know they are doing so much for everyone, and Peter actually gave up some of his preparation for family vacation a few months ago to help with an order that was logistically corrupted by some computer coding in the system.
Stuff like this shows the level of commitment to treat customers with respect and appreciation, and as extended family!
I highly recommend checking out Alakazam for your magical needs, and buy with comfort and confidence. You will be treated as family, whether you are from the UK, America or any corner of our magical world called Earth!
