Alamo customer service was overall ok

Alamo customer service was overall ok. I made the mistake to NOT take the $ 300+ for the extra insurance. They charged my credit card $ 2,206.67 Canadian dollars ( 1,403,851.00 CLP) for a plain "windshield" Hyundai Tucson 2024- no rain sensors, nothing just a basic windshield. This is just abuse, there is NO way a plain windshield is worth that much money.

The experience with Alamo in Santiago Airport was overall ok. The car was not extremely old but did not feel very safe or comfortable to drive. The counter workers weren't nice or tried to be helpful but did their job ok.

Had an okay experience..

Had an okay experience... until we returned the car, the person at the counter was really not friendly. We have to pay for cleaning, that's not justified :( poor experience!!!

VERY BAD SERVICE ALAMO SANTIAGO

Santiago´s Alamo provided me a very, very bad service: non reliable car, dirty baby seat, different and more expensive reserve than the voucher, long time to give-me the car, broken GPS. The problem was not just with me, because I saw complaints of 2 other groups of tourists.
