Ordered a stylish jumpsuit for my wife that came in timely fashion but although it was the correct size it wasn’t flattering when tried on. Wrote Alamodara with my concerns & they responded quickly with an offer to order a replacement garment of the same price for just a shipping charge & didn’t even require us to return the jumpsuit. The dress that replaced the original piece is beautiful & my wife loves it. Thought that offer was very accommodating & will definitely be ordering from them again

You know its hard-to-find jeans that fit perfectly when you are a bit curvy.....the waist is always big. Finally some jeans I can wear confidently.

The whole site is misleading. Says USA under the name on their main page, but is not a US based company.
Worst customer service ever. Boasts positive reviews, but you can't actually see a list of them. Clothes in photos look very different from the ones you receive.

I ordered what appeared to be quality items, but upon arrival the items did not look like the photos on the website. The quality was poor, and the fabric was terrible.
However, the real problem is trying to return anything. You have to email them in order to get return information, and it takes multiple attempts to get any information with a return address. Meanwhile, they're trying to give you a 20% refund if you keep the items. Then, you have to ship to China, which is expensive, and once I actually sent the items, they would not cooperate with the currier to accept delivery.

The whole thing is a scam!
Terrible company. Terrible quality. Terrible experience.
Do not waste your time or money!

I am very disappointed with the Brivoq dress I received. The listing shows a short structured dress with textured fabric voluminous balloon sleeves large layered flowers around the cuffs and detailed floral buttons. The dress I received is knee-length and shapeless, with thinner fabric long narrow sleeves smaller flatter flowers. Just terrible!
I contacted the company and provided photos but they refused to provide a prepaid return label. They expect me to pay the return shipping to Asia (so expensive) and assume the risk of the package not being received, even though the item does not match the picture on the website. This has been so frustrating.

Absolutely NO returns! I tried everything to return a dress, which looked nothing like the picture. They offered me a new item, a replacement item, 20% of purchase price...and I can keep the undesirable dress. But they absolutely, would not take a return. Direct from China.
