The Alamode Label / Miss Mosa is a big fraud, they are high time cheaters. Just looting people’s hard earned money for their luxuries. I ordered a dress in 2019, the size and the material was extremely poor (it was trash) while the price was quite high. The behaviour and attitude of the people dealing with customers or the owner Akanksha is pathetic. They won't refund or return your hard earned money. When I posted the review about her poor service and poor product, they blocked me from instagram.

They did something similar with another known of mine. They don't care about any proper service, they behave like they'll get away with all this and nobody can take any action against them or the customer doesn't have any power in their hands!! Surprised to see all the big/small influencers promoting her brand, while the reality is extremely opposite. Please don't-don't fall prey to these influencers promoting her brand or her brand/business itself. They don't have any ethics or morals. You’ll end up wasting your money and your peace for some trash.

If negative ratings were allowed, I would definitely give one due to the poor product quality. The pictures shown on their website are clearly edited and don’t match the actual products. Their return process also feels like they focus on one-time customers only. It’s very difficult to reach their support, and surprisingly, they don’t issue refunds—only store credits—forcing you to make another purchase even if you don’t want to.

Absolutely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Buy!

This brand is absolutely rubbish. Just because they put up nice pictures online does not mean you’ll get good quality. The reality is completely different.

They don’t even offer a proper return policy, which honestly makes me wonder – is it because they know their products are poor and don’t want them back? For such expensive items, this is completely unfair to customers.

I ordered a dress for my birthday, and it was one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. The fabric was cheap, the fit was terrible, and the color was completely different from what was shown on the website. Everything about it was disappointing.

Please save your money and avoid buying from this site. They mislead customers with glossy photos but deliver poor-quality products with no accountability.

3rd class poor quality of products. Worst ever customer service. These people are selling shein quality of clothes at zara’s prices plus they dont give refund and deduct 100 per product of exchange. I mean what even? Did nt you guys find any other way to loot your customers? 3rd class clothes, looks very attractive on their website but when it gets delivered they are not even worth to be used as a mop. I recently purchased 5 items from Alamode by Akansha, but had to return 4 of them due to receiving incorrect sizes. Specifically, I ordered medium-sized pants, but received XXS pants, which fit my 10-year-old niece. Despite my repeated inquiries, I received no proper response—only that I could exchange the items once or receive gift coupons instead.

I returned all items and received individual gift coupons for each. However, the value of the gift coupons does not match my intended purchases. For example, I received a coupon of ₹2000 for a ₹3000 item, which means I can only purchase items of equivalent value.

I am requesting either a full refund to my bank account or the ability to use my gift coupons flexibly—for example, using ₹9000 worth of coupons to buy items totaling ₹3000, ₹2000, and ₹4000, with the remaining balance refunded to my bank.

I feel my ₹9000 is being wasted and I’m unable to resolve this with the limited options provided.

Very poor customer service…they delivered my order twice and took cash on delivery..I was not at home by chance..and now they are not entertaining my messages on Whatsapp when I am asking for return and refund of extra duplicate order delivered

They are a completely fradulent company. I got a dress from them and it was nothing like the picture. It was cheap quality and terrible. When I complained with my own money they made me courier back the dress and never gave me the refund. I feel the site is made to cheat people. Worst customer service. Please stay away from them

Helo All..I am posting this public comment just to showcase, that how horribly and shamelessly, I have been harassed by the entire Alamode Team over my Order: #664539 and Tracking Number: 28202210752754.

This order was placed on July 17th and till date, it still stands as UNDELIVERED. I understand that there will be logistics challenges owing to the monsoons but this simply does not mean that you will withhold the refund!!!

I have dropped them unlimited messages on email and whatsapp asking for refund but failed to receive any meaningful, relevant or sensible response. So I am putting all this on social media to malign their reputation and also to let these frauds know that I will now be filing an official FIR against them.

Another thing to note here about them, is that they very cunningly hire reputed courier partner like DTDC for all COD orders. But for orders where entire payment is already made, they simply go for the cheapest vendor.

Very smartly, they have been putting all blame on monsoons, however we all know that rains never disrupted logistics for complete 10 days!!!!

Basically, THEY NEITHER DELIVER NOR REFUND.

No wonder why websites like Trustpilot are so full of negative reviews for Alamode

They are frauds. What they show in the picture versus what they sell, is totally different!! Dont fall for it!!

Fake Fraud and Scammers. Please don't trust the images and don't buy anything from this website. They are a scammer. No refund and the products are of street quality. They don't refund only give store. credits which you can spend on only buy their street style products.

Pathetic service. If you want to work on your brand, just displaying products won't give you any business. I think they simply have no logistic and supply chain. If they not able to deliver in Tier 1 city. I wonder what will happen with the orders of other cities. Don't fall in their trap. Never pay in advance for such cheaters.

Pathetic service I ordered for large size and the dress I received was small size not only this! I exchanged the dress I choosed sequence dress guess what as I tied the belt my floor was full of sequence!!! A big zero for fabric… please do not waste your money and time.

They don't have good refund policy and they send you a defective product. Quality and colour nothing matches. Please don't buy from this brand or label.

Products are different from the photos and the quality is subpar

Cheap and fake company inspite of showing returned back to seller they have not updated anything and have not refunded any amount even in form of store credit. This site is a scam, a FIR should be lodged against them in cyber crime for fooling around with people and taking their hard earned money.
