Drop the Meerkat - I just took out a personal policy with Alan Boswell Insurance Group for landlord cover – and was genuinely astonished. I’d originally got a quote from them, then compared it on a whim using one of the big comparison sites. The result? Alan Boswell came out 48% cheaper – with more than double the buildings cover I actually needed. That’s not just competitive, it’s remarkable. First-class value and proper peace of mind.

Unfortunately they score poorly for me tried to get a quote over 3 days promised call backs never had a call back so have gone elsewhere .

Reviews seemed good but my experience is no service offered to a customer who wanted to buy .

Whilst it has cost me more to do so, our policy is now more accurate after acquiring an up to date valuation of the rebuild costs, at your suggestion.

No fuss renewal, at the right price !

Gary Bentley and Jo Griffen from the Peterborough office carried out a review of the market for our annual renewal. We then asked them to renegotiate parts of the proposal received to meet our annual budgets which they achieved meticulously. A great team effort.

They sent me an actual hard copy of my insurance which I so like to read as being older is what I am used to. Also they had compared it with my previous insurance and this was cheaper.

Alan Boswell have been providing the motor vehicle insurance cover for my various cars since the mid 1970's, the provison of the cover required by myself and of the customer service has always been 1st class and excellent and I highly recommend the company.

Sadly I had to make a claim but I have not received good advice. I therefore had to seek a solicitor to deal with section 21 in the end. They only offer telephone advice service and I needed legal advice in writing as I suspected my letting agency had made a mistake. I was dealing with Dave Wilson who said he could only deal with this case after the section 21 had expired. I needed a complete service not 1/2 a service.
I was was very disappointed

I have another propery covered with yourselves and I hope I won’t have any problems there if I have to make a claim
