Poor quality fabric, polyester versus linen/ cotton as advertised. Poor stitching, design and completely different as advertised! Shame on Pinterest for advertising for this company. I will notify Pinterest regarding the dishonest representation of their products from Alanduo.

Utter rubbish on every level. Not worth one star. I never seen such appallingly low quality. No item was anything remotely like the images shown online, utter, utter rubbish. The company should be closed down after giving refunds to all their customers. How do you get a refund? Oh yes, one item took over three months to arrive and one peek into the corner of the parcel led me to write this review.

Do not buy…does not look like anything in the advertisement! The material is cheap and poorly made. I am sorry that I did not look at the reviews!

Shocking, shocking, shocking. Product nothing like the picture, shoddy quality, poor seams, takes weeks and weeks to arrive, just totally unacceptable. Hadn't read the reviews before hand - more fool us - but, please, do NOT be tempted to use this company. It will only encourage them to continue to make and sell terrible, terrible products. Tried to leave a review on their website but - lo and behold - it refuses to recognise my email address as a bona fide purchaser. No wonder some products on their site have no reviews. LEAVE THEM WELL ALONE.

My wife purchased several Xmas sweaters. All were screen printed garbage. This company should be investigated for deceptive marketing. The stuff they produce is embarrassing.

I have placed an order recently and the products I've got are far from what is showed at the product description, pictures and videos. They are very poor quality. One dress should be in shiffon, but in reality it is a synthetic material, the blouse described as in linen is in fact synthetic, and a lace white dress is also synthetic, and the model is different than what is showed on videos and pictures.
It's saying that they are from a small town in the south of France, but the delivery address is in Hong Kong.
I've been writing emails many times just after purchasing. I wish I have read the reports in TrustPilot before finishing the payment.
They have never answered my mails.
I have also reported them to Pinterest, but the page is still active there.

I want to return the products and my money back, but it seems to be impossible to get the e-mail through .

What a dreadful scam they are reported but allowed to continue scamming.

Despite countless requests to Pinterest to take down these adverts people are still getting ripped off by this scam. After weeks of wasted efforts I gave up trying to return a shirt that looked nothing like the item I ordered. It seems very strange that requests to remove the high profile company from Pinterest are all ignored. Surely there is no ulterior reason?

I just want to thank everybody for posting their reviews, so I didn't have to go through the disappointment of thinking I was ordering a nice poplin fabric (as in the pictures) only to receive awful shiny polyester.

I looked up Alanduo before I ordered. Nice little story about a French designer.... When I received the invoice it was half English, half Chinese. The garment arrived, I had ordered a large. Now I would have to be about 7 foot or more to fit this garment! Where the picture showed a nice flowing fabric wit a sequinned top, I got a horrible shiny fabric and polyester crepe. Too hot to wear at all. I just wish Asian clothing producers would understand that if we get a little wider, we don't necessarily get taller! Horrible
On the good side though, I got good correspondence from them. But the quality of the garment was really bad for the price I paid. Ugly overlocking, seams that were not smooth.

Anybody thinking about using Alanduo.com, DON’T they are scammers I bought woollen cardigans, on receipt I identified they were not woollen, I emailed them to send them back for a refund, no response and they still have my MONEY, SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Awful experience - ordered what looked to be very cool, artsy woman's shirt, it arrived weeks later and was nothing even close to what was pictured and expected. It was cheap polyester fabric and very poorly constructed.

Long, ridiculous process to return, they even wanted pictures of the garment and an explanation of why I wanted to return it before they would provide me with the address to begin the return.

Long waits for communication and finally I simply gave up & donated the item. Clearly not worth the hassle and most likely would have never seen the refund.

Do not order from this site - Pintrest should ban them completely, they don’t deserve even one star.Beware!!!

Another Chinese scam. The dress which I ordered came in a plastic type fabric which does not breathe. It was nothing like the advertised "linen mix". I live in Cairns so I will never wear this dress again as one short wearing left me sweating, even in airconditioning. My advice: Never buy from a FaceBook advert and never by from Alanduo.

Alanduo is a scam. I bought a dress that said it was 95% cotton and 5% nylon.
It came and is 95% polyester and 5%spanex. It is also hideous, nothing like the photo!
So tired of liers.

Where in the hell is my order!!!!! Damn it!

I think these scammers are the same as RONGSHOP. Beautiful clothes but what you get is so bad it is bonkers that Pinterest allow them on their site. What I received was like a nylon man’s shirt instead of the beautiful stylish linen top in the advert.

I ordered 2 “linen” shirts from them. What arrived weeks later was 100% Polyester. Just horrible. Made contact with the company and after 18 emails managed to get a return address. They even stated in the emails that they would only refund after the goods arrived back, and that it would be unlikely that they would ever receive them. We posted back, following the in-depth and convoluted instructions, with a cover letter that we also had to email to them. Long story short…… after weeks and many emails, in January I contacted PayPal for a refund, that was declined. I then phoned PayPal and after 20 minutes, I managed to secure a credit for the cost of the transaction. I’ve spent more than 10 hours on this…..what a waste of time and effort, as well as losing money on return postage, International transaction fees, and phone calls.
What a ripoff! Would rate at negative stars if possible.

I ordered £200 worth of christmas jumpers as presents...silly me! The order arrived 6 weeks after it was ordered and well after Christmas. On the website the items look like wollen jumpers but they are actually poor quality acrylic sweatshirts with a jumper print on them.
I have emailed them re returns but have had no reply

The goods from this company are not as described and are extremely poor quality, not even worth trying on. I would never recommend using this company. I should have known better
