They shipped me wrong items, and then kept me waiting as they were "sending again" what was originally ordered. It's been about 5 months now, and I haven't received anything. Now that I have desperately come to request a refund, they tell me to send back the received items at my own expense as I had selected standard shipping by the time of ordering.
I ordered a bottle of perfume on the 12th off December for a 148.00 euro i have not received it i email them nearly every day they keep sending me the same reply. People be careful of this company they are scammers. I'm going to try to get them for fraud they are taking people's money and not sending the goods you've payed for.
Absolute scammers,do not trust your money to them.
They literally play with your nerves without ever having the intention to send the wright product. they work exactly in the ways described by previous reviewers.
Maybe we should contact a consumer counsil or something to at least get our money back in total?
I wish I'd read these reviews before placing my order! Order placed in August and never arrived. Have tried repeatedly to remedy the situation but to no avail.
Pure scam! I tried one whole year to get the correct product, they claimed they had shipped it 4 times, they would not pay return cost for wrong product, and the refund of 50% was never received. Be kind to yourself - stay away!
