Dermot upgraded an old alarm system in our house. His quotes for two options were very competitive. He agreed a time for installation, turned up exactly on time & did an excellent job. Dermot is extremely professional, reliable & easy to deal with. Would highly recommend him.

I recently had an alarm system installed at my home, and I’m really impressed with the service. For the quote Dermot did a detailed walk through the house and took the time to understand my specific needs and tailor a system that met them.
Throughout the installation, he was incredibly professional. There was no rushing through the job, and it was clear that attention to detail and a neat job were top priority. cCare was taken to make sure the wiring and sensors were placed in a way that was discreet yet highly effective.
Dermot gave a thorough walk-through after the installation, he explained how it works, making sure I was confident with it.
All in all, this was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of an alarm installation.

Alarm Secure contacted us within 24 hrs of our initial enquiry. They arranged an onsite visit, discussed our requirements, examined our current system and provided quotes for two options. Once we agreed the option, they arranged a time to install, confirmed ahead of the day and arrived on time. Dermot did a really tidy job, gave both verbal and written instructions on how to use the system and a 24hr contact number. Very professional, great job and would definitely use again.

My partner Ann who Dermot installed her alarm had an issue last night as she recently changed her broadband provider and her control panel needed to be updated with the new WiFi code. Dermot talked us through the process and was most patient as we put in the new code and we are up and running again. And this was at 7.30 pm and there was no issue re the time.
He was most courteous and helpful. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Dermot came to fix a number of faults on our alarm system. Derek was very polite and friendly and came around very shortly after our initial call. He went through each fault thoroughly and tested to make sure all worked ok and walked me through the different alarm settings. The price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend.

We got security system installed recently. This company is second to none for its efficiency from beginning to end. Easy to understand how everything works. Dermot had great patience & is very punctual in his timing. Also there is no cleaning up after the job is done which is a big plus to me.

Alarm secure I rang thus company in January of 2024 and had a chat with Dermot about fitting a new wireless alarm . He came to my home and explained how the system works.
