An absolute nightmare

An absolute nightmare - I ordered some lights from this company and then wanted to return them. After being lied on the phone that this will be "arranged" by them, I was asked for 100 EURO return fee. I paid the fee and they still don't want to pick up the lights. Every day I call, I sent them 42 emails and everyday they are lying to me saying that it will be "as soon as possible". It's been 4 weeks since I'm trying to get these lights returned. The worst company I ever dealt with. EVER!!!!!

After reading many good reviews here

UPDATE: after leaving this review, support responded to my emails where I was asking for a partial refund of the article that arrived damaged and full refund for the item that never arrived. It took several weeks of ping pong emails to negotiate the percentage refund, also because they stopped responding a few times and responded again only when I was sending a new email insisting on this refund, but in the end we made it. I got a partial refund for the damaged item, but of course no trace of the refund of the article I’ve never received. It was inexpensive, so I don’t think I’m gonna contact their support again. I’m grateful that I made it, but probably it’s only because I’ve insisted…

After reading many good reviews here, I’ve decided to order a piece of furniture, specifically a foldable table. For the price I’ve paid, I’m not really satisfied… the quality of the table is poor, the packaging was ok, but many pieces were already damaged. Besides that, I’ve ordered some batteries that never arrived. I’ve contacted customer support to ask to get the money back for the batteries and at beginning I wanted to send also the table back and get a refund. Later I’ve decided it was too uncomfortable to send the table back as I don’t own a car and the table was heavy, so I’ve notified support I would keep the table and will try to fix it with DIY, but if possible, I would like to get part of my money back because if I was asking a full refund and give the table back, they would not be able to sell the table to someone else anyway, so I’m doing them a favor and it could be a win win situation. I’ve never heard back from them, even though they have the pictures of the state of the table when it arrived, luckily the batteries were inexpensive, but I don’t think the service and the products are really worthy the money they are asking for… Cannot say I would order again, sorry.

Everything fine - but a ridiculously large package

Everything fine, but I have to deduct 1 star for a ridiculously large package. I purchased two batteries (both about the size of a 1 Euro coin) which arrived in a package a small cat could easily sleep in, entirely filled with bubble wrap. The Items are not fragile at all - Why not a simple letter-envelope?
