AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered one of their products. The box arrived completely destroyed, and the product was opened and resealed. Whether used and returned or simply a faulty one. The bottle itself had faults and doesn't spray.

Contacted their customer service through email, website form, chatbot and even social media. No answer, completely neglected (despite saying they take maximum 72h).

Completely disappointing from a "premium" brand. I've been scammed. Avoid at all cost.

unwanted shipments and subscriptions

I like the eye product but they keep subscribing me when I do not intend to and ignored when I tried to cancel the so-called subscription and sent me more product when I literally got my last shipment a few days ago
