I already have these gorgeous culottes in white, navy and animal print. Just took delivery of the newest colour and absolutely love them. So versatile, I wore them all last summer and managed to smuggle them into winter by wearing tights underneath :)

I have been buying clothes from Albaray for a number years and whilst I love their laid back style and luxury feel, I cannot commend the longevity of their clothes. I see spending a bit more on classic looks as an investment, however I am beginning to realise the quality does not stretch to long term use. It is, in essence, fast and expensive fashion. I have recently binned a pair of jeans after they literally disintegrated at the seams. I had them for approximately 18 months and have numerous pair of jeans so they had moderate use. I never tumble dry jeans and only wash in short, low heat, settings. Similarly, a vest top less than a year old has come unraveled at the seams. I accept that this happens but the jeans, I can easily say this has NEVER happened to a pair of jeans I have owned. Very, very disappointed.

I’ve had a few good pieces of clothing from Albaray. I particularly find the trousers well styled and great quality for workwear. My most recent purchase was a boucle style tweed jacket which was a bargain in the sale. My order was dispatched within 24hours and with me a couple of days later. It is lovely and I can see me using it for years. At the same time I ordered a skirt that sadly just didn’t fit but the returns process was efficient with my refund issued within days.

Really beautiful clothes , delivered super quick too. They wash well and last long. Completely worth every penny. Love Albaray.

Shocking quality shocking service. Don’t answer emails avoid is my advise. Gave one star due to a helpful customer service lady even she could not believe how bad the reviews were, but did say she had just started working for them

Ordered an item which was awful when it came. Quality was good but far too short and thick . Cost £4.95 postage for a sleeveless jumper . Cost was £36 and to return it i had to pay £2.95 postage that is almost £8 ! Will never shop with Albaray again .

I had a problem with a jumper I ordered, the Albaray care team sorted it out very quickly! Great customer service giving me confidence to order again from this terrific brand! A very satisfied customer

Myself and my daughter had the pleasure of visiting Albaray Store in Bath. We were served by a young lady ( wish I took the name ) and she was so charming and pleasant. We will be back in this store for sure as the clothes and service are first class - thank you

This review is in relation to Customer Service. I ordered a faux leather skirt and upon opening it it was really creased. I put this down to the fact that the courier, Royal Mail, had left it in my outside designated safe space, and did not notify me it had been delivered. I only saw it by chance the following afternoon.

I contacted customer services and explained the situation and asked how I could get rid of the creases. Jordan replied promptly and offered a partial refund to cover the cost of dry cleaning.

I was reassured by Dean that dry cleaning would remove the creases and if not then I could return the item FOC. I received further contact from Rania several hours later who informed me that my refund had been processed.
I'm really impressed with my experience with Albaray to date.

My first and last order with Albaray. Ordered a faux leather jacket, certainly not cheap in price, but most certainly cheap in materials and overall quality, I have seen better quality for half the price in general high street stores. To add to that I have to pay to return the jacket, and to add eve further to that the refund process has so far taken 1 week and yet still my return has not even been registered for a refund, so I am then expecting to wait another 10 days for that to “process”. I don’t understand how in this day and age a company gets away with charging such high prices for such low quality products and rubbish customer service services.
AVOID and save yourself the trouble and cost of returning.

I ordered 2 x jumpers (same one, 2 sizes).
Kept 1, returned 1. Return was slow, but was processed after chasing.
Wore the kept item once, embroidery on the front all started to fray.
Logged a complaint, sent it back 03/09 and still awaiting any communication or refund after chasing.
Dire customer service and the clothing quality is nothing like it used to be.

Ordered 3 items,one I kept,the other two items were nothing like the description or picture,then the fun begins.Tricky trying to figure out returns as it pushes you towards accepting a gift voucher instead of a refund,got past it all to be given one return thru Evri and one item to go by Royal mail.So had to visit two shops,the item returned by Evri I have had a refund on and am still 3 weeks later trying to get some sense out of them as to where my refund is.They dont answer on the website and you have to message on whatsapp to be constantly ghosted.

I ordered 3 denim dresses in the sale as a birthday treat. Having read the reviews I ordered two in a size 12 and the more fitted style in a 14. They arrived within a few days and I was really impressed with the quality and finish of them. They were different styles but all 3 fitted perfectly. This was my first order with Albaray and I’m really happy with my experience.

I bought a dress in two sizes. One fitted perfectly but was missing a button. Tried calling Customer Service but they don't answer. Then tried their WhatsApp CS and they took so long to respond that I decided to return both dresses for a refund and ask for a non faulty replacement. Their CS originally said that I would have to place a new order - so waste more money on postage when they're the ones who sent me a faulty product. I started a new WhatsApp session - I asked if they could wave postage as the fault was theirs. Eventually they did send me free postage plus a discount code so have amended my review to 4* as it should be automatic that faulty goods are immediately replaced on request. I love their dresses and have quite a few, although their sizing is terrible. I'm a UK14 and often have to buy size UK16 or even 18 for their dresses to fit.

Non-existent customer service. No reply to emails. They comment on reviews saying will prioritise addressing the issue and you hear nothing more. Still waiting for a refund. Am now looking into legal action to obtain.

Ordered 2 items from Albaray. Kept the dress, sent back the skirt to exchange for a smaller size and never heard back! That was returned 03/07 (order 137511). Replacement has not been sent, nor a refund. Customer service is non existent, merchant does not reply to emails, chat on the website doesn't work. Phone number rings out. Tried several times.
Truly appalling service, probably the worst I've experienced in a long time, for that reason alone I won't buy from Albaray ever again. Real shame as clothes are actually nice but charging £££ and talking about integrity whilst treating your customers this way is wrong.

Really poor customer service. My dress was delivered to a shop for collection rather than my address. When I contacted customer service, I could get no response at all. I have tried via email, phone and live chat. It is impossible to get through to anyone. Still waiting to get a refund........

I’m extremely disappointed in their customer service and refunds. I was notified to say that my return had been processed, however when I checked they had only refunded 3 of the 4 items. I have sent my tracking receipt plus proof of return and still haven’t been refunded full amount. Keep getting told we need to check with the warehouse. I like the blouse I kept. I also ordered dresses just after which I love. However in the future I think I will order through John Lewis etc. This return issue has put me off.

Take bloomin’ ages to refund returns and that was after many calls with their Customer Services. It’s been 14 days and I’m still waiting.
And they charger for postage and return- buy their stuff elsewhere like John Lewis

I called the team because I wanted to correct something and the team was so nice and helpful. They helped get my order out quick as I needed it for an event. Great customer service and great quality product. Thanks Danika and team!
