My shoe order arrived and was smaller than expected as RA had recently changed their sizing. When I complained, customer service reached out immediately and replaced my order with a larger size which was totally unexpected!

I wish I can say i love the shoes! Unfortunately because of tariffs I had to refused the shoes! UPS was charging me 150% extra for tariffs! Kate from customer service was the best, she tried to get UPS to send them the tariff charges unfortunately it was a difficult situation, so I received full credit today!

Took a little longer than the advertised 9-12 days. Was hard to track order. System made me download shop app that didn’t really work. I emailed but no response for several days. Finally got a response with fedex tracking number. Would recommend give the FedEx tracking number at the outset.

Originally got the wrong belt…
Originally got the wrong belt delivered. My first attempts at an exchange apparently went to their trash email folder so response from them was a bit delayed. Once they discovered the mistake though, the correct belt was quickly delivered. Belt looks and feels great.
