I have tried multiple times to cancel…

I have tried multiple times to cancel this subscription but somehow it continues to withdraw from my account. It’s darn near impossible to leave once you sign up. Beware…don’t do it!!!

Good luck if you need any support for…

Good luck if you need any support for anything. It is all AI responses, eventually sending you to an ,"expert' who doesn't respond and I believe it's AI too.

Then try to get a human!! I have not heard a word from anyone 😕. The register function is confusing and miss leading.i see that many people here had a relatively good experience. You must have had no issues because if you had, you'd never want to see Albert anywhere. The register options are impossible, customer service is all AI and send you to some expert who isn't with them...some separate company that doesn't respond. Hope all goes well for you, but if you have any problems, delete everything associated with it. Good Luck.
