I followed the Instagram page for a while and finally bought 2 suits and they are easily my favourites.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I recently brought some items from the new Albert collection for my partner and I must say it’s exceeded my expectations. I was worried about it arriving in time for his birthday but it all arrived in good time, I loved the packing and I’m super impressed by the quality. The varsity jacket looks so sharp, he gets compliments every time he wears it.

I initially bought my husband a co-ord set and a tracksuit, and the quality was so good that I went straight back online to order some pieces for myself! The fabric feels premium, the fit is perfect, and the designs are stylish yet comfortable, some of the items are definitely unisex, which I love.

Customer service was great, responsive and helpful throughout. Overall, I’m super impressed and will definitely be shopping here again. Highly recommend!

I was initially unsure shopping with this brand because of the reviews I had read, but I couldn’t get my eyes off a coat they had, and I really wanted to get it for my boyfriend for Christmas, I literally said what’s the worst that could happen, and honestly the process was so seamless, and I’m very happy I went through with shopping with them.

The quality and fit was amazing, exactly like the pictures. I got my order for him in time, and there was absolutely no issue. Two of his friends made their own orders as well after seeing him in the coat, and they had no issues as well.

Used the company twice now , overall great experience . I love their winter collection . I will definitely order again

Ran into one shipping issue which was rectified immediately. The clothes are top quality and the service has been good.

Terrible experience!
1. You order.
2. They never send, not even a minor update.
3. Order remains frozen until you leave a smashing comment under every post on IG (which is obviously auto-grown, having ~250k with just 11 posts). Then they swear as if they were about to send an item today or by tomorrow at the latest or make you a refund if you are so impatient (these are actually their words), even attach a screenshot of it being processed (whatever that means), feed you to wait another 24hours.
It has all clear signs of a fraud.
Why didn’t I come here to check their reputation in the first place?
Well, because they were promoted by means of a popular IG influencer.
Wish I could attach screenshots of us chatting. Will save them for competent authorities. Good luck everyone.

Terrible quality and total silence from customer services regarding refund! Had to resolve via Amex dispute.

I recently ordered what was supposed to be a cashmere jumper. Picture looked great and it was a great price. What I received was a 100% polyester jumper which even the cheapest knitwear store would be ashamed to sell. From numerous emails with the store they are insisting that the knitwear company had accidentally put a 100% polyester label inside by mistake and that it really is cashmere!!! They refused to give me a refund, instead offering 20% of the original price. In the end I took it and put it down to a bad experience I could do nothing about because this is a Chinese company, not Australian as stated in their ads.
If I could have given less than 1 star I would have, however my message is give this company a miss. It is a complete scam.
