The Ancel VD700 ordered from Albionshire for a good price worked well for pairing the replacement battery for my 2013 Golf tdi Bluemotion. Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. I will definitely order from Albionshire again for any other equipment in the future.

Purchasing and choosing was simple delivered promptly. Where this company differs is when there is an issue , I reached out to them over a bank holiday weekend and was not expecting a response until the following working days but no I had a very helpful response from John the same day and although the issue could not be resolved without spending a lot more on a different diagnostic tool they have offered a full refund for the original tool I purchased.

Albionshire Car Diagnostics came up in a Google search when looking for a particular diagnostic tool. Cheaper than the manufacturers website. Easy to order, kept up to date by email and delivered when they said it would. Also found them on YouTube reviewing the tool which really good and helpful.

After one failed attempt to purchase a VD700 elsewhere I decided, after much blurb reading, to select Albionshire Car Diagnostics. They were not the cheapest but their web convinced me they were the way to go. Ordering was very easy though they do show Paypal as a form of payment but at checkout it was not an option. My order was confirmed within minutes and the unit shipped the following day. Albionshire state in their blurb that they will provide a tracking number but they did not, so I had to request it. This said they did reply immediately with the tracking number. The unit arrived the next day and its software has been updated. I have used it a few times already and it is a very good, useful, tool.
