Great Customer Service
It was a pleasure to deal with a Company who deliver great customer service. I sent a question about a potential purchase of a diagnostic tool to confirm it had certain capabilities. John responded promptly and confirmed that one of the capabilities may or may not be available (ATF temperature measurement). No attempt to oversell the device and suggested an alternative. As it happens the VDubDiag does measure ATF temperature. Very happy with the customer service I received from John and cannot recommend them highly enough.
