Do not buy - terrible service and support. I bought an iPad case that has a completely wrong design. Around the camera and the bottom on top of the iPad body, the case is so flimsy and weak that it comes off with the slightest pressure. Actually, you just need to hold it there and the case slips out. I complained, but they only offered a small discount or the option to send it back (internationally) at my own cost. So again, don't buy.

Fantastic service! First case had a small problem, within 3 days I received a new one which was perfect!

I ordered 2 cases and the day after a promotion started where you get 1 for free.
As I ordered a day before and not yet delivered I contacted the company with the request to change the order which is always possible. I was getting a lot of reason why this was not possible. As a customer you feel cheated.
It was possible to get a gift card for the next time.
I gave the example of cloudpillo where they immediately changed the order and apologized. They can very much learn from this.
So, nice but expensive cases but service needs to be improved!
Based on this experience I will not order anymore.

Update 28-11: based on this review I contact Rafael who replied below. He was much more helpful than the customer service employee I spoke earlier to.
He understood the frustration and made a gesture to solve this unfortunate situation.
Based on the support of Rafael I revised my review eventhough you have to do a lot of efforts and have some patience to make your point. Improvements needed for the customer service but nothing but gratitude to Rafael!!

I'll start by saying these guys almost followed through on good customer service, but they fell short.

I had a warranty issue with my first case, the volume rocker fell out. They sent me a new one. I was pleased.

With the new one, the volume rocker fell out within two weeks. Instead of honoring their product, they asked me to prove that I was actually having issues with two cases by sending a photo of both of them together. Insinuating that I was being dishonest. Did they want me to hold up a picture of myself and a newspaper with today's date as well? 😅🤔

The fact of the matter was that I threw out the old broken one because, well, what am I gonna do with a broken phone case?

I told them that I understood their position but that I'm not running a second hand chop shop with their crap cases.

Anyhow they refused. "Warranty policy" or whatever etc.

Too bad. Never buying from this company again, nor should you. There are a million phone cases out there, save yourself the headache.

I have ordered from Alcanside multiple times and have nothing but good words to say about the company as a whole. The products themselves are premium, good quality and long lasting. Everytime I’ve purchased has been as a gift for my boyfriend to upgrade his collection of Alcanside products. The quality is incomparable and speaks for itself!
The reason that I always return though is because of the customer service team. Their communication, understanding and willingness to go above and beyond is like no other I’ve ever recieved from a company. They show true compassion and genuinity and make the customer feel like they really care and value you. I will be a forever customer at Alcanside!
I’d like to add a little shout out to Joy specifically who has been a consistent person that I’ve liased with and she has been exceptional! So kind and understanding :)

The company’s representative contacted me and offered a full refund due to the unexpected product quality. I think this is a strong effort to ensure fairness for their customers. Highly appreciate that. Thank you.

Bought the orange case for an iPhone 17 Pro Max on 29 October and received it on 22 November. The item arrived with visible dirt/marks on the back, and although it came in a box, it wasn’t wrapped or protected properly. For the same price, I would rather buy another case directly from the Apple Store. Quite disappointed.

Great quality and feels good and comfortable.
First a problem with the delivery but they solved this perfect and fast.
Great to see that good service still is possible.

I completed my set with the keychain en the iPod case. Also great quality.

Some patiënt you must have, it wasn’t on stock, but waiting is worth it.

zero, I was told for weeks the item was shipped, they finally gave me a date and a week later it is still not shipped . now they are not returning my inquiries. This company is fraudelant

I’m waiting for delivery of my cases that I’ve ordered weeks ago. Customer support is just repeating same statement that it has been shipped but according to the tracking it has not even been handled to the post company. I’ve wrote to them repeatedly but they have no interest in solving this and sending my order that I have already paid for. Don’t buy anything from them if you don’t want to loose money…

Nice looking case, but inside cheap plastic, my broke after one week(thin bit for camera control). Don’t waste your money.

This is the second time I order from Alcanside and it’s the same terrible experience. It has been over a month and I still have not received my order. Every time I contact customer service, the only answer I get is “it has already been shipped”, but they never provide a shipping date or a tracking number.

They keep saying I will receive the tracking information “later”, but nothing ever arrives. This has happened twice, so it’s clearly not an isolated issue—it’s a pattern of poor customer service and zero transparency.

I cannot recommend this company. Extremely disappointing.

I recently purchased the Alcanside iPhone protective case, and I can honestly say it’s the best quality cover I’ve ever owned. The case feels incredibly well-made and fits my phone perfectly.

My order arrived a bit later than expected, but the customer service more than made up for it — they kept me updated every step of the way and were genuinely helpful. On top of that, they gave me a huge discount, which they absolutely didn’t have to do and which I truly appreciated.

Overall, fantastic product and great service. Highly recommend!

This took over a MONTH to ship after being listed in stock at time of purchase.

Alcantara for a phone case is a nice, unique material thats premium and waterproof. I see this case as an alternative to the other premium materials such as leather, but better for everyday use as it wont age as harshly.

With that being said, this thing does not live up to the expensive pricetag; the buttons and camera lip are plastic, which doesnt match the rest of the material quality. The lip for the front of the case is noticeably larger than other cases, which makes swiping from the edges a lot harder. The camera control button is solid and seem to have good tracking under the case, no complaints there.

Overall, i think this is a good case that had a chance to be great. It is let down by a price tag that doesn’t match the material list for a premium phone case.

Item not received. No answer to emails yet. Disappointed!

Good - ordering and delivery was all easy and fine. Initial interaction with the phone case was good with a lovely purple and feel.

Bad - only been using the phone case for a week and the finish is already coming of the phone case around the back of it. To put it in perspective I work from home so the majority of the time it is sat on a table so the fact it has already started to be worn through is ridiculous.
