Unfortunately half of my order was out…

Unfortunately half of my order was out of stock after I placed it and paid. Which I was only advised after half the order was delivered. They promised a refund, however 2 weeks on no refund and won’t reply through any communication mediums.

Ordered 4 bottles of the same bourbon…

Ordered 4 bottles of the same bourbon for an event, size 75cl each (clearly marked 75cl on the website.) They delivered 4 bottles of 70cl. Expected it to be an honest error, but they told me they had the right to replace 75s for 70s for the same price. They offered to pick it up and provide a full refund. They promptly picked up the items, but over 2 weeks later no refund. Just basically stole $220. Won't respond on WhatsApp, email or their messaging platform.

A waste of time.

I can't understand why they mention drinks on the website that are out of stock and never seem to comeback - vast majority are out of stock.

Just now tried to buy several cases, 2 of the beers are out of stock even though it said they were in stock. How difficult is it to update stock to avoid customer disappointment?

absolute effing scam

event nearly ruined by these scumbags. ordered a day before an event. next day delivery was a no-show. tried to call them, "we moved to live chat to serve you better". live chat waited for 1 hour "you're #1 in line", after that cut you off for "inactivity". fb msg unresponsive. end up had to go out supermarket and buy. absolute trash company, can't even find them on google maps but found their trustpilot (too late). will be filing a police report today to recover the payment.

Expired Items

I bought one of their bundled packages on Valentine Day. It is Roku Gin with 2 Mystic Mango Mixer Bottles.
I went down to self collect after seeing horrible reviews on the delivery.
The guy packaged all my orders and i left without checking. Bad call !
Both Mixers expire the following day! And i found out only few days later during the weekend.
Tried the Online chat and even left a contact me note. no response till date.
Thus, if you wanna buy, check all items before leaving.

Horrible customer service, order never delivered

I ordered for next day delivery, but until now (2 days later) still haven’t received my order. Emailed them several times, and waited on the live chat for hours without anybody from the store responding. After waiting for hours I was told they have problem with lalamove delivery and is investigating it. When I asked so when will they deliver it, the live chat went silent again. Please don’t buy from this company. Customer service is horrendous. They don’t have phone number that works. Pretty much a scam.

So far, so good!

I have ordered fours times now and have been completely satisfied each time. The first three times my order was scheduled between 2-7pm.. and they all came around 3:30pm and everything in order. Today, it arrived at 7:20.. a little late but everything also in order so I was still very happy. However, they really need to sort out a contact number or way of getting in touch!! At 6:45 I was a little worried something had gone wrong so I emailed them.. and got no reply. I then tried to call them.. and as I have read, it is impossible!!! The phone no is a recording that says ‘to better serve you, we have decided to change to live chat’!!!!.. I tried that and I got a message saying that someone will contact me between 12-3am!!!!?? At this point I started to seriously doubt them.. and then it arrived. As I said, I have ordered four times now and have been happy four times.. but to stop the negative reviews.. (could they be from competitors??) THEY HAVE TO SORT OUT A BETTER WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM!!

Mixed experience for a 1st order

Wanted to confirm the approximate time of delivery, but could not contact the company at all. The landline had an automated message telling callers to use live-chat. The live-chat yielded no response for nearly 2 hours. Then Google brought me to this page, which was quite upsetting with all the negative reviews. Just when I gave up and started searching alternate sites to make another purchase (needed booze for an event happening the next day), the courier miraculously arrived with my order intact.

Weirdly, the brand on the carrier bag read as "AlcoholDelivery.com.sg" while the receipt had "Alcohaul.sg" printed on it.

Honestly not sure if I would make a 2nd order through this store in the future.

what an awful experience - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

what a truly awful experience using alcohaul - i sincerely wish anyone who reads this review heeds my warning to avoid them at all costs.

1.) SHADY BUSINESS - tried to sneakily and intentionally send me a cheaper product than the one i ordered, hoping i didn’t notice.

2.) TERRIBLE COMMS - no phone line, no doubt due to number of complaints. initial emails were unresponsive for days at a time, and provided no help whatsoever. other than to inform me that it is (remarkably) their business practice to provide cheaper products when the one you order is out of stock and that “normally people don’t complain”

3.) DONT REFUND - i tried my best to get a refund, where they insisted that i take the difference between the product i wanted and the product that i didn’t want that they sent - who the hell does that? obviously i refused. after another ordeal with them sending an extremely rude driver to pick up the item when i told them i wasn’t home, they finally said they’d refund me. or so they said. turns out their refund was rejected by the bank - WHAT?!?! they never told me, and was left for me to chase, yet again. finally after over a month of waiting for my refund i finally got it.

IN CONCLUSION - Just don’t bother with this company. you’ll get railroaded every single step of the way. Stick with Thirsty.com.sg or Paneco

I will be lodging a complaint with CASE

STAY THE F@$% CLEAR OF THEM

STAY THE F@$% CLEAR OF THEM! Twice I ordered from them online and twice I had to ask for refund. After one week and no news of my orders despite trying to message them in app, I went to their website and spoke to some random person about my order and whom promised to get back to me 'ASAP' about my order and never did. Both times same story.
LuckybI got my money back if not I was going to head straight to the police!

Better just go to the supermarket...

Ordered several items and it turns out the beer was not available (their website doesn't seem to be updated), neither anything else from the same brewery. I asked them to remove the beer from the order / refund and instead they replaced it with some other random beer that I can buy in the supermarket across the street (if I wanted to). I guess business must be bad that they have to move shelf warmers, no surprise reading the reviews.

Will we get our money back ?

Used Alcohaul for ages and no issues until today. They say they tried to deliver today and could not contact us.
We were here all the time. Now cancelled the order and want to charge for their non delivery. Say we will be reimbursed within 14 days but reading the reviews doubt we will. DONT USE THEM THEY CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED.

They used to be trustworthy

They used to be trustworthy. Now they only promise and don't deliver.

I made an order on 12 October 2022 that was supposed to be delivered the next day. The order was delivered to the wrong address, which is an understandable error.

However, they decided to show me "proof" of delivery with pictures of the wrong door (wrong unit number) and the wrong order. They then told me that someone received the order.

After repeated requests to look into the matter, they suggested that my condo management should look at CCTV footage of the delivery (do note that there was no timing of delivery provided, and the delivery window is 7 hours).

I pointed out that they should have records of my previous order at the same address (meaning that they have a picture of an earlier correct delivery), and I had provided them with further pictures of my block and unit.

They then acknowledged that it was clear that the delivery was not made correctly, and said via their online chat that they would refund me on two occasions, once on 20 October 2022 and once on 5 November 2022. While I pressed them for email confirmation on a refund, they did not follow through.

Following further email correspondence again asking for the refund and/or written confirmation that a refund would be made, they promised on 18 November 2022 (Friday) that a manager would contact me over the weekend. Since no contact has been made, I am forced to assume that they lied regarding the intended contact by the manager, and that they are simply lying each time they are contacted.

Please also note that their phone number is also not in use. There is no way to speak to any customer service agent. It appears to me that they are simply taking money and dodging all responsibility.

I will be logging this issue with CASE.
