We’ve bought several lighting packages for our projects and had a great experience. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and based in the U.S., with products assembled and shipped locally, which makes things easy. The whole sales process has been smooth, and even when we had a warranty claim on a few LED fixtures, they handled it quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend them to any commercial company looking for a reliable lighting distributor.

This company has great online pressence: their products come up in searches and they look and sound good. Communicating with this company by phone and email is difficult. They have employees that don't seem to know what the company policy is and are either rude or disorganized.

I cancelled an order for a product here after interacting with this company's support, sales and management. I had to open up a BBB complaint and have my CC bank stop payment on the order as the company ceased to communicate with me.

They then had the gall to try to collect cost of the item I had cancelled, plus fees from me.
"How's that working?"
" One cannot tell a book by it's cover! "
