Extremely poor communication.
Placed an order for 2 relatively cheap items. Got the generic confirmation but nothing else for 2 weeks. I messaged politely and asked for an update, got nothing. Then I got annoyed and demanded a refund or else I would seek help from my bank. Then I get a generic email stating ive been refunded!
Would have it not been easier to just give me an update? This tells me they probably didn't even have my items in stock.
Waste of time!
