Great cottage in great town. Also visit Sutton Hoo , brilliant.

It was great to get a call to say the accommodation was ready early, a nice personal touch. The flat had everything we needed, a parking space too, and in a great location.

The staff, particularly Angela and Grace, at Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages, were extremely helpful in addressing a change of venue, swiftly, competently and professionally. Communication excellent throughout. Will definitely use their services again!

Very nice cottage where I have stayed several times. Only problem was no blue bin but the lovely Hospice shop found me a huge bag to use as a blue bin.
Aldeburgh Coastal are always so prompt at sending someone out if there is a problem. Aldeburgh Coastal are always there to help and the staff are great. Nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent communication. The property was large, with easy access. Very comfortable beds. Could do with some cosmetic upgrade here and there. Plenty of hot water and excellent en suite facilities.

Excellent company to deal with. Very responsive to any questions in advance and respond quickly to any issues that crop up whilst staying in accommodation. Have used them 5 times over the years. Have stayed in 4 different properties. Accommodation always clean, tidy and well-equipped.
Find that properties are fairly priced. Love Suffolk!

The 'cottage' is very close to all amenities with parking, a great benefit. The property is spacious and the main bedroom is a delight.
We suggest it could benefit from a little TLC. The shower cubicle does not enjoy a basket for soap, hair wash etc, the garden is somewhat overgrown, reminded us of Quatermass, but a very pleasant outlook and very private. We hope to return.

It was refreshing to deal with a local company instead of a big national/global platform. Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages did everything that the big companies do but with the added local knowledge and extra touches that made the whole experience better. For example, they called me on the day of arrival to say that the cottage was ready for me and I could check in as soon as I liked. As I was already in the town, this allowed me to get in 3-4 hours earlier. I would definitely use this company again and would encourage others to do so. If we lose these smaller local companies, we will only have the big impersonal platforms left.

company reacted quickly to plumbing issue at premises and resolved immediately. Good communication. Premises perfect for a family stay, wonderful location.

We have stayed in this cottage two years in a row, firstly booked with Booking.com, but then directly with Aldeburgh Coastal Cottages. The communications were clear and the payments happened without any problems. We will stay here again. Thank you!

We stayed at East farm cottages kelsale 25/06/2026 - 29/06/2026 we booked it to have a 50th Birthday gathering there we had a lovely stay was pefect. Everything clean and tidy. Weather was absolutely perfect was abit too hot really, but didn't spoil it. We stayed in the Dairy. Nice and quiet area. We have also booked for xmas 2026. It was actually very nice to have the use of the swimming pool too. Grounds all kept nice and tidy. Thankyou once again.
