It’s been such a long process, but Rachel and Richard never gave up. Rachel was always on top of things, keeping me updated and making sure everything moved forward, while Richard worked tirelessly to find the right mortgage for me. Thanks to their persistence and dedication, they managed to get me a mortgage despite all the challenges. I can’t thank them enough for their support and hard work! I really didn’t think I was going to get a mortgage. But thank you Richard and Rachel because without them it wouldn’t have been possible. I went elsewhere and no one could help me.
Honestly I recommend when the bank says no to anyone looking for a mortgage. The app is so easy and convenient to use.

Never having had a mortgage before it was very daunting, plus it was during probate but Richard walked me through it step by step and I've got a mortgage now so nearly there. Rachel, Sam infact the whole team have been so friendly, patient and efficient I cant thank them enough, I got to keep my parents home after losing them both in a short time which is priceless in more ways than one!! Would recommend them to anyone, great service.

Disappointed, waited a year after receiving an AIP from them of 7 percent and requiring a 14 % deposit, credit hugely improved and earnings went up by 10k only for them to get me a terrible deal of requiring over a 20% deposit and 6.8% interest, literally worse than last year. Had far more reasonable offers come back through from other potential brokers, can’t understand what they’ve possibly put forwards to the lender to get such an abysmal quote back.

When my bank did say no hsbc I rang when the bank says no and Ashley and his team made buying my first home possible , even though the first one fell through due to leased roof space solar panels , they were very quick and when I found this property , was very smooth and completed in six weeks , very impressive and communication is second to none , kept me updated every step of the way , five star service from beginning to end .
