I ordered a pair of shoes in the November sales. The first time they tried to send it, the package was 'lost', the second they tried to send it, the package was sent back to ALDO. ALDO are now making me wait (for an error that isn't my fault) whilst they figure out what's gone wrong with their distribution. Terrible experience.

Iv still not received my boots

Order was was made on 6th November it’s now 16th evri have sent emails about delay In delivery 10 days in and as I have no pickup date I am extremely disappointed with service still nothing from evri and no follow up from Aldo.

I ordered a pair of boots online. I picked them up on Saturday afternoon but when I tried them on later that night I found that the zip was faulty.
I emailed customer services on Sunday and on Monday the problem was resolved and a replacement pair was on the way.

Ordered boots 10 days ago and still haven’t received them. Being given the runaround by Evri who were supposed to deliver 6 days ago but at the last minute updated the delivery status to ‘delayed’ and it hasn’t changed since. Can’t speak to a human being at Evri so have no idea if I’ll ever receive my order. Very disappointed.

Placed a Next Day Delivery order last Wed evening - paid extra so they would come on Friday - still not heard anything about my order being dispatched nor have I had a reply from customer service. £406 spent... have they just swallowed my money?! I had nothing to wear on Saturday to an event and now I have no idea when I'll see the order.

Its almost a month still waiting for my order

I was really impressed at the prompt response to my email and the follow up when I sent pictures of the problem. My problem was resolved satisfactorily, no quibbles or delays.

I bought a pair of Aldo shoes for my husband the style looked really nice and he liked the fit at first. but after a few weeks of use the sole started showing signs of wear and the stitching near the heel came loose a bit. its not terrible but i expected better quality for the price. Customer service was responsive but didnt offer much help beyond standard advice. overall, decent looking shoes but not as durable as we hoped for.

I always like do shopping in Aldo shoes bags, but this time I was disappointed I ordered the shoes. and they send me one of the pair was used ,dirty and loose . I have to send back..

Arrived earlier than expected and kept informed throughout. Item looked exactly like the picture and the bonus was that it got a discount that paid for the delivery fee.

Thank you! One of my shoes was damaged and I contacted ALDO Customer Support. Feyza was very helpful and solved the problem by guiding me through the different options available. Will buy again from this store. Much appreciated.

Aldo is an amazing retailer ,both in store and online. I will definitely purchase from again and again. I had an issue with my items which were lost, due to unprofessionalism and incompetence behaviour of Evri. They left my items outside my property, which was in tend stolen by a passer by .I reported the issue to Aldo and they gave me a full refund, without going through any form of stress . I really appreciate how Aldo handled my issue and had it resolved. Many thanks, keep the good work.
