I’ve been using this Aldridge for parts since I started my business and I can say the service has been CONSISTENTLY excellent. The quality of the parts is always spot on, deliveries are reliable, and everything just runs smoothly from order to arrival.
A big shoutout to my account manager, Paul, who has been a huge support. He always goes above and beyond to help, whether it’s sorting out urgent orders, answering questions quickly, or just making sure everything is handled properly. It makes a real difference having someone that reliable on your side. The company stocks the parts and he provides the experience!

Great service at the Birmingham branch trade counter.
I would like to highlight Paul and Gregg on the trade counter at the Birmingham branch.
I'm currently a part-time locksmith and I've used the trade counter at the Birmingham branch several times since I started.
Paul and Gregg are extremely helpful and enthusiastic. They make you aware of offers that might be of interest while you're there. It's amazing how useful things can be for future use. Especially if you get them at a lower price than usual.
Even for a small client such as myself they can't do enough. Paul even found a website that detailed a modification to a mechanism which I hadn't done before. Thanks to Paul's direction I got the mod completed for a happy customer who in turn gave me a good review.
As businesses and tradesman we need good customers. We also need good suppliers. Paul and Gregg at the Aldridge Security trade counter in Birmingham are no exception. Cheers lads. Neil

Been with Aldridge nearly 40 years, and always had the best service. Prices fair and a huge variety of products. Sometimes we are not sure on a product and Specials have always been helpful in anyway they can.
Orders have been delivered on time with an occaional blip but thats expected in todays world.

We have had countless Silca machines from them and they have always been superb in pricing and delivering on time.
