I have full understanding for your wish to have this return processed as fast as possible and the frustration about this not being out first priority.
As also shown in our business policy, and on global base applicable, we have 14 days to process a return shipment.
As previously explained we need to inspect the goods properly before issuing a full refund and due to the past summer break rush we haven’t been able to get through the process any faster.
I totally get why the wait is an inconvenience and I sincerely apologize for that.
As you probably have been informed by our store system - the parcel has been reviewed, and the refund has been issued.
Again- I am very sorry that you feel frustrated with the process.
