Replacement issue

Ordered some Gucci sunglasses on Alensa.ie on Dec 12th. They arrived on Dec 30th. Upon opening them on I could see immediately the frame was bent (one lens was bent inwards) which made them so crooked you couldn’t wear them. I contacted customer service with photos and asked for a replacement pair. They apologised and sent me a free post return label via email. I asked if I would be sent a replacement and their reply was ‘we will get back to you when the glasses are back’. The return took a further 16 days after which I received a refund without follow up communication on a replacement. Not completely unsatisfactory as I got my money back and was replied to, however, I would have preferred better communication about replacing not being an option and obviously a non-damaged pair of glasses in the first place. I have reordered elsewhere now.

Excellent Customer Service

I didn't receive an order from 1st December by Christmas, and whilst the issue was with the delivery company, the customer service in Alensa were excellent. They ensured a replacememt order was sent out the day I contacted them and I received it the next morning by courier - at no charge to me. Absolutely thrilled with this repsonse. Excellent!

Really poor service, still waiting for order

Really poor service, ordered on the 8th of December with a dispatch notification on the 10th. No progress since then or tracking updates. Reached out a few times and was told to let them know after the 19th if I still haven't received my package which I haven't, still waiting for a response even though I voiced my concern over no updates on the tracking supplied.

Lost order

Delivery of original order took 2.5 weeks ! Replacement order after 8 days arrived quickly. Original package surfaced a week after that. When I enquired what to do with duplicate item I was told to keep it and pay in full or go to the trouble and time in returning it … no gesture at all to compensate for inconvenience and service failure . A suitable discount and I might have kept it. Not impressed at all
