I purchased glasses from here about a month ago.
On the product page for the glasses, the nose bridge measurement given was inaccurate. The prescription etc was fine, but because of this wrong measurement, the glasses didn't fit me at all, so I had to return them.
When I returned them I expected a full refund because the fault was with them for providing the wrong measurement.
There were several emails back and forth. The customer service agent asked me to take a photo of a pair of glasses I had already, with a measuring tape beside them, because it seemed they wouldn't take my word for it that the measurement of the glasses I ordered was off.
As if someone would be returning glasses just for the sake of it, having spent time carefully picking out the glasses in the first place, reading the measurements, assuming them to be accurate, and placing the order. They seem to assume that the customer must be in the wrong for returning them.
Anyway, after the time-wasting emails, they still said, sorry, we can only refund for the frames.
Another way that this company is dishonest is by using the ".ie" extension for their web address - this was what initially drew me to the site, because I naturally thought it was an Irish company. They are not Irish at all - eastern European.

My first time ordering from Alensa and they did not dissapoint, easy to navigate the website and place my order, my lenses were cheaper with Alensa than the major providers, placed my order close to the bank holiday weekend and they arrived promptly and packaged well. I'm very impressed with Alensa, and recommend them to anyone.
