I was very excited to invest in my first Buy to Let property. Alesco did make me feel very comfortable as they appeared very knowledgable and had convinced me they had carried out the necessary due diligence required. My contacts were also very attentive and answered any concerns i had straight away. However, less than a year later i have been told the developer has gone into administration, yes we are told there are risks involved, but it almost feels like a scam as it has also been brought to my attention that another development (that was also presented to me) is having issues and is unlikely to complete. Alesco knew about these issues at the time but failed to let me know this when presenting me with that specific property. This has led me to believe they also had some knowledge that the property i did eventually purchase would not complete. I also contacted my main contact for some answers and i am still yet to hear from him, although they previously replied in a matter of minutes. It is very disappointing as it appears they only care about the commission involved, so i would just advise anyone to be extremely careful as you are investing a lot of your money into these off plan properties.

Do not use Alesco..scam..scam..scam
They will convince you to invest in property that will never be built...I personally handed over a large deposit on an off site plan in Liverpool 3 years ago that Alesco suggested was a great investment, but it's all a lie..
This company is a joke and great at scamming people out of there hard earnt cash....do not use them!!

I I would not buy any off plan property from Alesco they are a scam company who took our money and 3years later the building is still at soil stage. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING
