I ordered this item November 17th. It is December 17th. That it arrived. I tried to cancel this order the first week in December they said that it had arrived. Not true. Today it arrived I tried to send it back they said I had to wait 7 days to get my return label. This is an unreliable company. Interesting there are no tags on the clothes I purchased. Read the reviews about this company before you order from them.

I ordered a swim suit on Amazon from this company, and after waiting several weeks after it was supposedly shipped, but couldn’t be tracked, I had to reach out to them to be told that my package was seized at customs. Very sketchy! They did refund my money, but made me contact them and Amazon to get it. Don’t waste your time!!

I have ordered a specific item (flared jeans) twice. I was satisfied both with the delivery time and the quality of the item. However, I can no longer access their website to order a new pair.

Terrible. I spent almost $50 on masks and I have yet to see an email or my order. When I try to find the website, it is non-existent. When I try to contact through Amazon, it cannot load my order. This is a scam, do not buy anything from them.

This company is a joke. They're also doing business as Sivuan. On April 30, 2020, I ordered 4 masks to wear at my hospital job during COVID-19. Tracking shows that they shipped to Flushing, NY. No additional movement of the package has occurred. The only way to contact Sivuan is by email. I keep receiving responses that the package is on its way. I've requested a full refund, and they're trying to tell me their records show that it arrived. They're saying it must have been stolen and are only offering a 50% discount. They say they can only contact me via email because of the time difference. What a joke! This company is a scam!

I agree. Worst service ever. I've been trying to organise refunds for 3 items incorrectly delivered and just get more standard emails. no personal service at all.

Worst company EVER!!!! Said they delivered my package and I NEVER received it...the only Customer Service Response was to contact USPS....seriously?!?!? They are not able to tell me ANYTHING!!!! Please don't be scammed by this stupid company!!!!!!!

I was excited due to the clothing styles and quality, but it has been over a week and I have not been successful at returning one of the 3 items ordered. I have emailed their customer service and it is as if they have not even read the email when you read their answer.
Very disappointing. I have left my phone number, as all I need is a RA number to send back. When the submit button on the create a return just sits there and will not complete the request for return an address in Shopify comes up. I may call and make a complaint to Shopify if I can not get this resolved.

So bad my order never even shipped and their customer service is a joke. TOTAL SCAM.

faster shipping than expected

This company also trading as Inswe or Ins-we - do not use. Refund process no clear at time of purchase, not on website. The parcel arrived with a UK return address on it but when I contacted for return I was told I had to return to California tracked service only. The cost of returning a small bikini tracked to the USA is over £10.00. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WON'T NEED TO RETURN THE ITEM.
