Christian from Alexander Christian Ltd did a fabulous job in reviving my kitchen worktops which has become scuffed and watermarked with use. He took the time to explain the procedure and recommended the best maintenance products to use. A very professional job from a knowledgeable craftsman - he also offered helpful suggestions for another repair job I was considering. Highly recommend and will use again.

Christian from Alexander Christian Ltd provided an independent assessment report for my faulty ratten outdoor furniture. The report was very detailed and Christian provided lots of images, all at a reasonable cost. The retailer agreed with the report findings and gave me a full refund for the cost of the furniture and reimbursed me cost of the report. I would highly recommend Alexander Christian Ltd.

Alexander Christian recently renovated my hand carved African Muninga table. It was in a sorry state due to climate adjustment and the build up of wax over 30 odd year’s. Christian arrived when he said he would gave clear expectations and pricing.
The table has been given a complete and thorough cleaning and the managed to repair cracks I never thought would have been possible, they have done an amazing job and I have been absolutely delighted with the standard of work. I highly recommend them ! Fantastic job

Brilliant job done on a leather sofa which I got ink stains on. Dion got them out and colour sprayed it back and it looks like brand new again. I thoroughly recommend this company for all furniture repairs.

Christian at Alexander Christian Ltd recently restored and rejuvenated three pieces of antique furniture for us. From the outset he understood what we were looking for and has made an excellent job. I know we will get a lot of pleasure out of the finished pieces.

This company was sub-contracted by J M UPHOLSTERY LIMITED to inspect, report and repair if applicable an electric recliner chair. The employee arrived at my home at 08.04 am and duly inspected the chair and concluded that the cable from a Transformer to the chair was broken. The technician had a cable in his van and was fitted which resulted in the chair working again all well and good so far, however when the invoice from J M Upholstery arrived some days later my opinion changed drastically. In my initial communication with J M Upholstery I was quoted £50 + VAT for a report or if the repair could be carried out in that initial visit £95 + VAT plus cost of the parts.
The invoice that I received the total bill was £198, I queried this in another email and requested an itemised invoice, the new invoice arrived and the breakdown was £95 + VAT, £30 + VAT travel time and £40 + VAT parts. The part was a cable between the transformer and chair, searching for such a cable on Amazon I found a cable and transformer for £13.99.
Presumably Alexander Christian provided an Invoice to J M Upholstery how their invoice compares to the invoice I received I have no idea I therefore do not know who is inflating their charges.
I also have an issue with the technician's report in the fact that he lied as to the time he took from Mold to my home, he stated that the journey was a four hour round trip but he informed me that he left Mold at 06.30 am and he was logged on my doorbell camera at 08.04 am. The job took approximately half an hour therefore £198 is in my opinion exorbitant.
I will obviously not be using these companies again.

Christian carefully restored a very old oak coffee table which had belonged to my grandparents. It had very thin round legs which had split halfway down after many years of use and would no longer screw into the underside of the table. He has done an excellent job of repairing the legs and it is ready for use once again. I would happily recommend his services to anyone for fine furniture restoration.

Alexander Christian visited my parents home to save two Himolla chairs they had used for over 10 years and use daily.
They were just about to spend much more money than they wanted to on a pair of new ones, when Stokers of Chester advised us to contact Alexander Christian.
I sent images of the chairs and with in weeks Alexander Christian visited my parents home to do the work on sight at my parents home, they are now the owners of two beautiful revived chairs, supportive, super comfy and with an amazing cleaning technique the leather looks good as new!
The service was efficient, effective and beyond good value - but the most surprising element to it all was that at no time where we over promised anything and even doubted that it was possible to bring my parents chairs back to life, how refreshing to receive a service that completely over delivers on your expectations!!! Alexander Christian did an excellent job repairing a dining table which had been damaged during a house move. The table leg and fitting were damaged and we were not sure it could be fixed but now you would not know it had ever been broken. Highly recommend them.
