I bought a card holder recently, which was on a very good sale. I’ve been a customer before and bought my first product from the company about 4 years ago, and the previous item was fine. However, the card holder begun to fall apart after a few days of usage. It was made for 4 cards, which is what I used it for. I also kept it in my chest pocket, so there were really no external damage which could’ve caused it.

I sent an e-mail to the company three days ago, to ask for a refund. No response.
The quality of the faux leather is extremely bad and the lack of communication from the co is irritating.

I wouldn’t even spend 10SEK on an Alexander Frank card holder again. Be cautious.

Product has very poor quality and customer service is not existing. Bought a card holder that broke after 2 weeks. Reached out to the company to get the purchase refunded, but now response so far. Very disappointing experience
