Amazing Bags!
I wanted to give my experience of purchasing bags from Alexander Row. Here goes…..
First of all I purchased two bags from the Alexander Row website, they where posted out to me and unfortunately they got lost with Royal Mail, I informed Rowanne the business owner and I told her that I had put in a complaint with Royal Mail sent her the details of the reference number and she sent me out two more bags. Rowanne is a good communicator and replied to all my emails very quickly, she informed me that she had sent me two more bags out and on the day she did Royal Mail delivered the two lost bags - unbelievable isn’t it you cant write this sort of stuff. Anyway I got the ‘lost bags’ and then the repeat order bags! I contacted Rowanne and she emailed me prepaid labels to post the bags back which I did. I also returned one of the bags as I loved the Chapter bag so much I ordered it in two more colours, they arrived within a couple of day so I now have three chapter bags in three different colours. All the other bags where returned to Alexander Row and I kept Rowanne up to date on what was happening and she replied to me straight away.
Customer service is amazing and your not kept hanging around for ages waiting for a reply.
The bags are delightful, I absolutely love mine and the quality and workmanship is excellent. I just love the bags there is nothing else to be said.
If you want a good quality bag then I would highly recommend this business and Rowanne the owner is lovely, I first found this business on Tik Tok so would definetly return to buy more bags. Alexander Row is on all social platforms so you can see the bags being quality checked and packed and you get to see Rowanne aswell which is great to see the face behind the business.
