Prices quite high
Prices quite high, sizing very small. Unable to exchange, have to just re order and pay for postage again. Been waiting a week for refund from previous order.
Update: after posting this review my refund was sorted within a couple of days.

My parcel arrived promptly which was great. These shirts are a good fit for size . My previous shirts the collar wasn’t the best it kind of had a bubbles effect so not the best rest of shirt fine but prior to that never had any issues with the brand was very pleased so hoping this ones doesn’t wear the same problem.

Needs to provide petite option. Nurse tunics way too long
Great company & choice. However, my nurses tunic top uniform was extremely long. Im 5ft2 and was nearly at my knees. Ridiculous length. Shame as fabric excellent quality. Should do petite uniforms

Returned an order after sizing was wrong arranged collection which took over a week in the meantime I had ordered the right size of scrub trousers on the 17.06.2026 it’s is now 05.07.2026 and have still not received the items called customer services 3 times regarding delivery, tracking number and refund on items sent back was told different things by different people feeling very disappointed with the Alexandra company as trousers were ordered for work and still not arrived 😡

Issue resolved quickly
Initially I could not order the item I wanted. Tried twice and nothing happened. Checked next day, site state "cancelled". Both times.
However, when contacted Alexandra, my issue was resolved in no time, my order was processed and I was given assurance it will arrive in the next 3 days.

Overall it was good but the sizing was extremely difficult and if you order a size to fit what you know you are ,you are going to be very disappointed..they come up really small in the dresses and big in the scrubs..go at least 2 sizes bigger in the dresses and 2 smaller with scrubs..very difficult yo get it right.
