People make mistakes
I called for assistance I made a spelling mistake while texting my first name on my easy jet booking. Some how I ended up call the number that got me to Alexatravel . I was told I needed to pay £98 in order to amend my booking. After talking all my information . I received a call 20 minutes later asking for a further cash£132 payment then they and only then couldn they proceed. I refused I was refused the money. The point is easy jet sorted out everything for free the next day . Please be careful and go through your agent before making the mistake I made threw panicking

Exceptional Experience because of Mr Daud
I have no words to express how I felt and the services which i have received from Alexa Travel and especially with Mr Daud. I am very happy with the services, the Professionalism ,care and kindness he showed is really amazing. I will always be excited to book the tickets again with Alexa Travel through Mr Daud.
My experience was great, because of the customer service I received from Mr Daud, he was professional, helpful, and spot on in giving me an exceptional service, this man is awesome, and knows the business well.
I needed to ammend my flight booking and Mr Daud was able to efficiently solve my issue and guided me through all the steps. Mr Daud was an absolute gentleman, and his communication skills were sublime.

I needed to ammend my flight booking and was on the phone for hours with expedia and they couldnt solve the issue- neither could emirates online assistant- but Alexatravel (especially Morris) was able to efficiently solve my issue and guided me through all the steps- Morris was an absolute gentleman, and his communication skills were sublime!
