Alex is nothing short of SUPERB and we would wholeheartedly recommend him for window cleaning and any handy man jobs. Alex has cleaned the windows of our house (inside and out) as well as our glass roof light and balcony balustrade.

We have used him many times now and he is always on time, courteous and tidy but most importantly he is utterly meticulous and takes real pride in his work. We have used so many ad hoc window cleaners in the past but he is just the best and has been our regular now for over a year - I would recommend him to any families looking for a super thorough and polite window cleaner.
Alex goes above and beyond and when he last arrived to clean our windows I explained our roof light had just come off in the wind. He was so amazing and was able to fix it - I am so grateful to him for his super work and will call upon him for any handyman jobs that need doing too.

It’s sometimes difficult to find good, reliable, trustworthy tradespeople in London and we feel lucky to have found Alex - he is definitely someone to call if you need a job done well!

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked with Alex directly, expecting a professional window cleaning service as quoted - a minimum 4hr job for £560. Instead, a subcontractor showed up, rushed through the job in just 1hr, and left watermarks, limescale, and generally poor finish throughout. This is the finish you'd expect from someone trying to do it themselves.

It's worth saying upfront: the reason he probably has so few bad reviews is because he only offers partial refunds on the condition that you don't leave a negative review - which is not only unethical, but may be illegal under UK consumer protection laws. Customers have a legal right to share honest feedback without being pressured or silenced.

When I raised concerns, I was blamed for the subcontractor being sent and told it was my fault for booking on a weekend, even though I had actually offered to rebook for a weekday. He was the one who suggested the weekend, so the timing was entirely his decision.

I was also told I has only paid for a "standard clean" which is completely false given the price and original quote for a 4hr service. There was no transparency, no accountability, and no care taken with the work.

Would not recommend based in this experience - overpriced, misleading and unprofessional.
