I choose Alex Hanna to represent me because they promised a quick and smooth process with my immigration. But what actually happened was, it took some time, so much amount of money , and a very stressful and painful process! And it's been a year now, but the waiting still isn't over and they're asking more money!!! I'm seriously thinking of going to another law firm!!!
Alexhanna is honestly very disappointing. The leadership here is unfair, even if the leaders try to hide it. The management very clearly lies to its clients. They favor certain clients, and these are mostly people with more money. I get that people should be paid for their time and efforts, but the problem here is that the leadership pretends that they're just passionate about helping people. But that's clearly a big lie!
This firm only pays attention to cases that come with an upfront payment. Pro bono cases are completely ignored. They claim to be passionate about the law and helping people, but it's all a lie. Their only concern is money, and they turn away the people who actually need help the most. Nothing about their promises is real—everything is just a façade. This firm is all talk and no heart.
