DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their products are not true to the size chart on their website, they don't allow for refunds or exchanges, and when I finally got someone to email me back, and they asked for proof of damage (which I did), they conveniently stopped returning my emails.

Stay away from this garbage company and their garbage products. Products take more than a month to arrive at your house, and they are of poor quality. When you ask for a replacement part to replace the cheap parts that will break, they'll tell you that they can't do it.

All the comments seem to match up with my experience.

If you purchased via PayPal, they’ll follow up if they ignore emails and settle the dispute. They’ll not work in conjunction with the company if Alexis & Co ignore them. They’ll rely on people buying via fake social media reviews!

Shame, it gives the good online companies quite a task to reassure the public they’re the real deal!

Rubbish - I ordered an LED make up mirror as part of my daughter’s Christmas present. It took almost 10 weeks to arrive (mid January) & it wouldn’t work. I e-mailed them - they wanted photographs & video footage as proof. I sent that, they responded telling me their company policy is not to offer refunds but they would give me a store credit or replacement. The mirror was cheap-looking & not at all like the ad they show for it. Still waiting on the replacement....... don’t waste your money!!!!!!

Crappy, insanely overpriced items that take forever to get to you because they come from mf China. They are poorly described and sized for Asian children and as I said before absolute crap! And forget about returning anything. The website shows they have a return policy but when you email them they say they don't allow returns. If you press them they will allow you to return items (you pay the shipping. ~$60) but don't guarantee a refund. Don't order ANYTHING from this website.

I would NOT recommend buying from this company. They delivered faulty goods to me and refuse to offer a replacement. The item took one month to be delivered (not even on time for Christmas as they were intended to be a present) and therefore when they arrived I was not home. As I did not get the package until 4 days later the company are now refusing to offer a replacement as I didn’t tell them about the faulty goods within 3 days. This is a very unfair policy and I would really recommend you do not purchase their brush cleaners for this reason.

Horrible! The leggings took a month to arrive, and the quality and fit was awful. They were nothing like the photo and were already coming apart when they arrived. I contacted the company and they ignored me. I commented on their Facebook page, and they blocked me. Total scam.

Complete SCAM! I echo everyone else's comments. Took over a month to arrive and product NOTHING like description and pictures and won't return emails.

One star is too high for this company. I purchased their magnetic eyelashes. They were nothing like described on their website. The eyelashes fit 1/3 of my (small) eyelid. I contacted the company and, at first, they were going to refund my money if I returned the products with an active tracking number. Two months after I returned the products and hadn't heard from them, I contacted them to inquire about my refund. They told me they were unable to track my package with the tracking number so I provided the receipt and customs declaration and they still wouldn't offer a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Please, please do not waste your money by purchasing from this company. I bought a pair of leggings that looked great in the promotional photos. They arrived about a month later and were very poorly made, and absolutely tiny in size, they also did not resemble the promo picture at all. I contacted the company to highlight these points, and received one email response refusing to reimburse me based on their t&cs. I followed up clearly explaining that the product was not fit for purpose and that I had been deceived by being shown one promo image and sold something else! I asked them to escalate my request for a refund, and am happy to return the product in its original packaging. They are not responding.
Updating on 8 Feb - I eventually connected with someone who agree to provide me with a refund. I had to return the good in perfect condition, and with tracking.

Faulty product then they ignored my emails!!! HORRIBLE!!

DON'T BUY FROM ALEXIA & Co!!! They're a SCAM! The bank told me my credit card was compromised when I made the purchase and I had to cancel my credit card a week before Christmas !! They don't return emails. The mirror I ordered came defective. Aside from being made of cheap plastic, the lights don't work as advertised and no one replies to my emails other than asking for a video repeatedly, with duplicate response emails!!

The pants are nothing like advertised. The quality of the items I received is so poor, and the sizing is so off, it’s embarrassing. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to making this purchase because every single review is absolutely true.

I tried to give this company zero star rating but unfortunately it won't let me. I ordered $30 fitness leggings and they are so see-through they would be indecent to work out in. I requested a refund and sent them back, which cost me £5 to do and they sent me an email to say they can't process my refund as I didn't inform them within 7 days. I also ordered a pair of black trousers which are paper thin at a similar price and just kept them but they are terrible quality. Please don't waste your money! Wish I had've read reviews before buying.

Wish I could share photos here. Purchased my daughter a lighted mirror for Christmas, it got here in January smashed to pieces. After I told the company they blocked me on Facebook. Have yet to receive a refund, not holding my breath. Disgusting. Don't give them your money.

This company is bad and dubious. I ordered a bag, leggings and shirt. My order arrived 1 month late and when I opened my parcel the merchandise was of very poor quality. It was nothing like the photo on their website... very misleading. I asked them for a full refund and I was told I had missed my 7 day window for refund. I paid over $150 for these products due conversion rates for USD. Don’t buy from this company... they are a scam.

How can we get a class action against this company? This company cannot stay in business if they continue to to produce terrible product and terrible customer satisfaction. Will never buy from this company ever again

OMG, I can’t believe I fell for it! I never buy on impulse especially on adverts on FB but my daughter have been after a mirror with lights around and on impulse I pressed order. Money is very tight in our household but thought I’d give her a Christmas surprise! Well no surprise because it came in January and broken after all that! They refused to give a refund so I have to accept this a replacement, £33 for cheap plastic! To make it worse I bought 2. I am so gutted I wasted hard earned money.

I placed an order In early December and received a shipping notice on 12/14 that the items had been shipped with a tracking number. On 12/18 the tracking number still did not work and I sent an email inquiring about it. They responded that it would be an addditional 5-7 business days before it would show up. At that time I asked them to cancel my order because it was for Christmas and that I’m would refuse delivery. Today (1/3) I checked and the order left Compton on 12/28 and no further tracking.....I am contacting my credit card company tomorrow ro dispute the charges.
