The best customer service!!

The best customer service!!! I was working with Lexi to have a customize necklace made for my wife. Not only did she make my vision come true, but I'm active duty military and I just found out that I'm being transferred she expedited my order so that I could receive it on time before moving. Lexi thank you so much for making a piece of jewelry that will be passed down from generation to generation. I highly recommend using Alexis Jae Jewelry you will not be disappointed!!

Can’t say enough good things...

Can’t say enough good things about the customer service. They accelerated the creation and delivery to make sure it was here in time for our anniversary. They were extremely responsive and accommodating wherever they could be. The bracelet is fantastic and we couldn’t be happier!
