I used Alextra Mortgages as a first time buyer and the service provided by Lisa was amazing!
She was very patient and knowledgeable in answering all my queries regarding what we could borrow and the options available and made sure I had a mortgage that suited me.
From our initial meeting to getting the mortgage only took around 2 weeks and having this done so quickly has taken a lot of the stress out of the buying process.
Alextra helped us to remortgage. Lisa was brilliant. She was always there to talk us through everything and advised us when we needed it. I would certainly recommend using them and if you get to deal with Lisa, I’m sure you’ll have a great experience.

We have just completed our remortgage using Alextra. The service we had was absolutely fantastic, smooth, efficient and the whole process was managed very well. I would also like to give Richard a special mention, his commitment to finding us the best deal was unparalleled. He is friendly and has a brilliant work ethic, nothing was too much effort and he really gave us piece of mind.

It is not very often I recommend a service or person without hesitation but in the case of Alextra, in particular Lisa Boulton, I would do just this. As I first time buyer I really couldn't be any happier with the service that I have recieved. Lisa has communicated with me perfectly throughout the whole process from start to finish.
