Good afternoon, my comment will be negative. I ordered a turbocharger and paid €286, plus extra money for fast delivery. It says delivery will take 1-2 days, and I've been waiting a week for my order. I still haven't received the turbocharger. Where can I find it? I called the hotline, but they can't help me either. I'm really unhappy, and now I need at least a refund. I'm not sure I'll even get the turbocharger.

I was rather concerned to order in from abroad but the price was very attractive. The web site gave me the confidence that the unit ordered was intended for my vehicle and the purchase went very smoothly. Delivery was fast and well packaged. The product was in perfect condition and set up ready to install. The studs and exhaust mounting nuts and most of the required gaskets were included. I would have liked the catalytic flange nuts and EGR pipe gasket to have been included as these were needed. But this wouldn't stop me using them again as I expect most others supply less. I found ALFITURBO by chance while I was looking for a new turbocharger for Isuzu Trooper 3.0L TDI engine. My question about the compatibility of the turbocharger they offered and my old one came very fast and was positive. I made an order and a payment for the item very easy. Everything to the last detail of the purchase was perfectly completed by ALFITURBO. The delivery was exactly on the planned day and time. The turbocharger in the delivered pack is exactly what I need. Great service.

Magnificent

Very good webshop. Good communication through WhatsApp. They answer all your questions ,they are clear. The shipment was very fast too.I still haven't use the new turbo but I recommend the webshop for the good service and communication and fast shipment.

Quite possibly the worst online shopping experience ever. Placed an order, in good faith, for a new turbo. At no stage of the ordering process was I informed I'd have to send my old turbo to them. The product description does not make any mention of this at all.

After waiting a day, I then get the order cancelled because they don't have the item in stock, yet they happily advertise it as being in stock on their website.

I would strongly recommend everything avoids this shambles of a company and shops at a more reputable retailer.

Quality product, and professional approach with highly competent expertise. By mistake, I order wrong turbo (same model without a vacuum sensor). Fast reply, and same-day organised pickup for wrong order.
Waiting to receive the proper turbo in the next few days.

Rapid response. Reliable advice. Simple procedure. Turbo arrived in large box suitably protective interior for the new turbo. The free gloves proved excellent, the seals/gaskets as needed.
Can’t fault the product

Didn't want to pay 600e for t5 turbo, they had alternative turbo for 250e and it has worked perfectly.

From the very first contact, the pre-sales customer care was outstanding: extremely responsive, always available, attentive to details, kind, and highly professional. The package arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. I haven’t mounted the turbo yet, but based on the seriousness and professionalism of the company, I have no doubts that the product will meet expectations. A company you can clearly trust.

Not even 7500Km with the turbo bought. When send to warranty says problem was lack of lubrification when the turbo was losing almost 4 l for each 1000km. The worst experience of place where i bought a car piece.
