My order was made Jan 5th, 2025. Today is May 5th, 2025, and still the order hasnt arrive. I see I am not the only person with the same situation. Is this a scam??
I will write a negative review on every thing I find about this site.

Very disaapointed, pissed, and felt taken advantage off.

I ordered a puzzle board from this company in Feb, 2025. I received a confirmation email and an email saying the item had been shipped. The tracking link expired very soon after receiving the second email. I have never received the item as of 4/30/25. I have emailed them several times and never received any response. Reported them to Better Business Bureau.

Scam all the way, purchased something in February 2025, still waiting says it was delivered not at my house, maybe on a different planet.

Complete SCAM. DO NOT Buy from. Fake Site, Fake Tracking #.

I placed a order in February and have still heard nothing, i have tried to contact using email address to no avail and can no longer access the site.
People should be aware that this is a SCAM site

Scam site. Given tracking number that didn't work in anything except 17track.net (which they provided). The tracker there said delivered with a date and time. No delivery. Sometimes deliveries go astray near where we live so I contacted all the couriers in our area who had no record of the shipment. I contacted the email address with the order asking if they could provide final mile courier details so I could follow up myself (in the hope that some other unknown courier did the delivery) and no response. It's now been a month and no response, no sign of package. Do not use. 17track.net is obviously something that works in conjunction with them and they probably manually update it to look like tracking. Definite scam or completely lacking in any desire to assist me getting the goods I bought.

Do not order ANYTHING from this company.
You won’t receive it.
What you will receive are 2 emails:-
One for the order and a day of so later one with fake tracking numbers.
Their links will work for a few days and then they won’t. They won’t answer emails either.
So you won’t receive your puzzle board, but you will be puzzled. 🤷‍♀️

Got totally scammed paid for all. I’ve been waiting for three months the links for tracking a dead links and don’t exist non-responsive fraudulent rip-off be aware.

Ordered in January. Still not received mid March. Cannot contact them. They give incorrect tracking number. Bought through Shop so looking for compensation. Not holding my breath.

Have still not received order and the website appears to have been shut down. I am contacting my bank and the cunsumer authority ro to report this as fraud and requesting a refund.

Hoping I can recover my money.

This company is a scam they make out their products are coming from USA but really its China. Made and paid for an order on 2nd Feb, received a tracking number which is fake and they are not responding to my emails. Total scam

No rotating jigsaw puzzle table ordered 7th February. Money taken. Also no response from your company after email sent.
These are still being advertised on Amazon, but more expensive.

Total scam. Ordered end January received email saying items dispatched.
No items received.
Links in email for tracking do not work.
Do not think ticking the box to notify will help, but I have ticked it.
It would be nice if this wasn’t a scam, as present for my daughter for her birthday.

SCAM. Everything that happened in the reviews below happened to me. Lost my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I ordered it through an Instagram ad.

Ordered item via the link provided on social media, thru Shopify. Got order number and tracking number via Alfred Becher site.
Tracking link did not work, sent them an email which got answered the same week. Tracked my parcel (China via Canada to Belgium???) until it was so-called delivered (no address given, no name of parcel company) ...
Sent them another mail, which remains unanswered.
Definitely a scam... lost my money too.

Wish I could give zero stars!! SCAM SITE!!! Took my money, very legit looking from advert through social media to online shopping portal to order receipt email and fake tracking. Item never arrived, now no responses and site has disappeared.

This is a scam. Whole website now deactivated. I have reported to my bank. Very advanced scam. Used shopify website and the tracking number was working on 3rd party tracking websites. I hope this person is caught and they return all the money.

Ordered over a month ago - nothing has arrived. I have tried contacting them several times with no response and now the site has been deactivated! Stay away!!!
