I was introduced to AliBoxTv 3 years ago and was skepticle. I took the plunge and I’ve been sharing my fabulous experience ever since with friends and family. The service is amazing giving me all the choices in entertainment that other suppliers fail to provide for the price point and customer service has always been very timely and always a live person. I can’t say enough about this service. I travel a lot and having the app on my phone allows me to enjoy top shelf entertainment and local channels no matter where my travels take me.

I've been a customer for the past 6 years and have 2 boxes. I've had other androids in the past that would always need to be updated which sucked !. I never had a problem with my Alibox TV boxes. Service was never interrupted. No idea why anyone would ever pay for cable when they offer you everything you can think of. I have my 3 siblings & co-workers switching over to Alibox TV. Renewing my subscription is very easy. Customer service is very quick to respond to emails. I am a customer for life !

I've been using Alibox tv service for many years now, and i can say i am super satisfied. Their quality have improved and now i dont use any other cable tv service anymore. And i can watch tv anywhere i go. Also, they Customer is great.

Near 3 years with them. Everytime i emailed for account problem a reply within 10 min and it was resolve. Application works well if there is a small glitch i email the info and everything was solve in few minutes. I didn't use all the channels ( and there is alot !!) but the ones i watch works great.

I have been a subscriber to Alibox for 3 years now. Started with the download on a Firestick and just purchased a TV that has Firestick preloaded. The conversion over to the tv unit was easy and not difficult. I'm have been continually amazed at the content they have available and the quality of the product. I haven't quite "cut the cord" as yet, but am very close to doing so. I don't have the pvr/box so can not comment on that.

It always works.Very dependable. I have used it in different countries while travelling. I am satisfied subscriber.(5+ years)

Have been with AliBox for over 30 months. Quality of image is very good, excellent customer service, quick to answer and resolve issues. Excellent service for the price. I have referred this service to many people. Beats the regular cable networks at a fraction of the price.

I have been using the app for over 3 years and have recommended to family members. You get discount on renewal for returning customers. As with anything nothing is perfect, but for what you get and the price, works for us. Movies and MMA is great. I recommend the app.

Amazing service. Stable and food quality of image.

I have been a customer for almost a year. Things started off very rough as I was expecting a box, what I got was the name of an app. There were no instructions and after several requests for some I gave up. After several “chat” sessions, that are not chat sessions at all as they respond in cryptic e-mails, this was resolved, and the system has worked very well both in Canada and the US. I would recommend Alibox to others

I have had zero problems with AliboxTv, I have had AliboxTv for almost a year and I love it! There are so many channels to explore and always the latest new movies, I never run out of things to watch or get bored. The quality is top notch, very professional, no lag time, no problems at all. I have had great access, and customer service has always been helpful when I was first setting up and was a little lost, once I was set up no issues so I haven't had to contact customer service since. I highly recommend AliboxTv if you want quality service!

Had about 7 months. Great to be able to watch my sports no matter what channel it's on. Wish I could record. Only downside.

Almost a year we are with AliBox, great experience, i Watch TV everyday, no problem at all with the signal. I recommend it, that's for sure :)

I am in Colombia south america and I use Alibox everyday … works great - no lag - great channel/ movie/ series selection !! I got to watch the super bowl !!! Thank you !

Very happy with Aliboxtv, find it a lot cheaper and better than cable, had a few issues with freezing pictures at the start, much better now, lots of channels, also the response time is better if you any problem or questions, been a customer for little over 2 years.

I subscribed to Alibox tv 3 days ago, I am still waiting for a response from their customer support to numerous emails I sent to them, and still waiting for the url to be able to connect via Nanomid.
Not very satisfied with their customer support so far.

We have had our Alibox for several years and have been very pleased with the product that we have and are still using, The response time when sending requests for minor issues that we have encountered and they have been fixed and replied to very efficiently, we have recommended Alibox to 7 of our friends and they have also purchased it as well.
