Heard about AliboxTV from a family member. The price was a no-brainer to try and ever since I signed up, it was the best choice I've made as far as streaming services. Set-up was easy and instructions were simple. Customer service was very prompt if i had issues and have been using this service since. Why pay for numerous different streaming services when they have all the channels and movies all here?

Dealing with a reputable company is changeling in today's times, not many people realize that there are many many IPTV providers that are not and I repeat NOT legal, yet are providing services that could result in the subscriber finding themselves with a serious problem. I don't know of any corporation, company, or otherwise that can get a 5 star review because NO one is perfect, and in my mind that's what 5 stars represent

48hrs after i made the payment i still didnt receive my credentials to login. They say fast service on their website! Not true

Great tech support!! I was having issues editing portals on our basement receiver. One short email to alibox & 30 mins later, explicite info came to my inbox.

I am older and not very tech savvy - I was having difficulty navigating the pay app Venmo. Ben reached out to me to help me understand the prompts. In the end PayPal usd was issued to Alibox successfully through Venmo and now I feel confident on using Venmo again .

I had to pay for my subscription through purchasing cryptocurrency, converting it, then sending funds through CashApp, which is more time consuming than normal. However, Ben was very good about giving detailed instructions, so it wasn’t so bad.

Overall, the service is good, with occasional outages that are, usually, resolved within a few minutes, to a few hours.

I like the variety of programming, especially the international channels, which, as a linguist, I use daily, for language study and practice.

Alibox has a new payment option now available via cashapp by purchasing and transferring bitcoin. They provided excellent direction and instructions and was a smooth transaction. Alibox has been a great service as I have been with the company for several years now. This is my second account and have recommended them to my friends and folks I meet.

The cost savings of this solution is the best. This company uses technology to deliver a great product at a great price. You don't get instant access, but are walked through each and every step, if you're not tech savvy, buy their box.

I paid through Venmo using PayPalUSD crypto ($1 USD = $1 PayPalUSD). It's super easy to do. You buy the crypto direct from Venmo homepage. Add a few bucks for the Etherium fee, mine was pi ($3.14). 😂 I'm not sure if the transfer fee is always pi or if it depends on the total, but I threw an extra $10 in there and will use it when I renew.

Once done, go back to Venmo homepage and select "send," then select the PayPalUSD crypto as payment method. Copy and paste the wallet ID from your email in the search bar and select it when it pops up. Send to the wallet ID provided.

As mentioned, if not tech savvy, buy their TV box. Next steps are install a product on a device of your choice. Follow the directions, but you can YouTube some of this also. Setup your chosen software with the username and password they send, then PROFIT!

This is by far the best IPTV service I've used, and I've tried a ton, from 100% free using XBMC and the likes to YouTube TV and Hulu Live. I won't be going back, and recommend this service for those looking to save money and have the perks of live TV.

Hello! My name is Brian. I have been subscribing to Alibox since 2021. They one of the best, if not the best platforms for tv shows, local news (I’m in the USA), movies (old/new release), sports, PPV, HBO, Showtime…. All of it! I’ve started originally with PayPal/Zelle as payment, but this year they started different payment options and at first I couldn’t get my Paysend to summit payment. Ben, one of their management team emailed me about PayPal USD and I was wary at first, setting up Venmo, but I figured I needed to because I needed my subscription renewed. I reluctantly went through the process; set up Venmo, add my debit card, purchased PayPal USD and sent the crypto to their receiver… each step required about 15mins of a waiting time to confirm and process, however, the process was easy and straight forward. The support team is great, I’ve never had any issues with communication. I’d like to thank Franck in customer service, over the couple years he has been one of the main go-to person for helping with any issues.

Alibox is affordable and reliable. Alibox customer service department is available 24/7 . They offer a few payment options which is secure and customer friendly. I recently paid with crypto through Venmo.

The technical support group has been absolutely great in helping me with any problems I've had.

If I could give it a zero I would! Bought it last March and never been able to access it .... after several attempts to get "support" to get me access, Alibox ignored (and still ignores) my requests ... so for $240 I have not had it working even once. They sent out a customer survey and I tried to get them to respond to me but nothing.
Seriously a rip off company!
