During my time working there, there was a total of 5 consultants, 3 of whom left either during my year or shortly after. Personally i did not feel like i received any feedback on my progression within the company through targets/goals and i also do not feel like i received adequate training, instead being left to my own devices to pass exams. In my opinion I was paid well under market rate, with pay rises promised which never came to fruition and the impression i received was that management were not interested in my well-being, rather annoyed if i had to take sick leave. I also felt that the perks were minimal, i.e. no free gym, no perkbox (this was at the time of my employment). in my opinion i was occasionally asked to consult on areas which i had no knowledge such as Service Cloud.

In my opinion, Employees that helped build Alicorn left because they were made empty promises such as pay increases and promotions and they saw no growth in revenue from the business

My opinion is they make you feel like a robot and there is no morale in the office (which is a communal working area), all they care about is overworking you on Projects to bring in money, no real care or attention is given to Projects, it's get it delivered to the Client as quick as possible

There are no benefits or perks

Low pay for industry

No industry knowledge

In my opinion I feel they twist the truth on the amount of effort required to complete requirements, often they will charge to deliver out of the box functionality

From my Opinion I feel they give no support to your self development or Career in Salesforce, they will force you to do Salesforce Certifications that help their Business not you
