I can’t recommend Alien Tech Tools enough! I ran into a absolute worst-case scenario when an "ECU return to stock" operation, failed and completely bricked my car's ECU. I was pretty stressed, but the team at Alien Tech Tools stepped in and saved the day.

I totally understand that if your subscription is not renewed that you won't receive the new protocols but also they totally block your virtual reading so you can not do Toyotas and many more vehicles. With this said twice I had a file that caused no start and on the first vehicle I waited 2 days for help to repair it and on the second vehicle I'm on day 3 and the tech department is of no help.
The sales team are great and super helpful.
