So my teeth did get straightened pretty good but the problem that i have is the retainers are very expensive but very brittle. 4 retainers i have have snapped in half and i paid 120 dollars a piece for each retainer.

Was able to use the chat feature easily and was walked through the impression process.

Can’t wait for my final results from Aligner 32! So quick & easy, I would definitely recommend 👍🏾

Customer support is a major positive compared to other competitors where I am stuck in an infinite loop with an AI instead of a real person. Was able to help answer any questions and concerns I had with their product/service. Will give an update review a few months later after testing the product.

Dan the agent who helped me was very patient and knowledgeable. It was a very simple process and the customer service was great!

Staff is very friendly and very patient.I did my top set twice and he was very patient with them providing the help i needed. Eventhough i missed my meeting last time, they were still able to add me in on anotherday.

I mailed in my impressions on January 12th and they were promptly reviewed and accepted. However, nine weeks have now gone by and I’m still being told my aligners are “in fabrication.” The company should let customers know it takes months to get your aligners and you won’t talk to anyone but the “Dan” that sends all the automated responses by email.
Inquiries just lead to canned responses that it’s being worked on without any clear answers on when they’ll be shipped to you. I would not have gone with Aligner 32 if I knew it would go this way.

The help I have received from the customer service has been amazing. I needed a smaller mold then what came with the kit and they sent it out right away!! Highly recommend!!!

Dan was a great help—quick, clear, and thorough. He fixed my problems and used photos to show me exactly where I had concerns about the quality of my impressions.

my impression review said i required a smaller tray so Dan was able to walk me through the entire thing and was so helpful. I had multiple questions and he was able to answer them all very patient and clear.

Aligner32 is a great affordable option for aligners. I had a video session with Alan Shaw who was very friendly, helpful and made the process seamless. They’re lucky to have a caring employee such as Alan.

My daughter needed alignment and Aligner 32 was very supportive and gentle on the cost. I feel like her needs were met and will continue to be met!
