This company is FRAUDULENT, if you want to see how they roll, just look at their "headquarters":

I spent $1k on aligners with this company, and it took them MONTHS to finally get me my aligners. Not only that, but as I was going through my process of 20 sets of aligners, once I reached set 11, the aligners didn't fit. I was optimistic that I would receive support. The issue started in October; it is now April, and the last email I received from them was asking for pictures of me wearing my aligners. That is the 4th or 5th time they've asked me for photos.
So now I am sitting here with half of a set of aligners, still messed-up teeth, and no support. When I call them, they tell me I can pay an extra $600 to start over. Are you kidding me? That's just insulting. I'm convinced not a single American works for this company. No phone call has been with a person whose first language was English. Extremely frustrating. Spend the extra money on a company that'll actually take care of you.

The video session with Aaron was informative and he helped make sure I did the aligners correctly! It was on time and an easy process from start to finish. Thank you so much! I straightened my teeth with alignerco before and I’m now getting a night guard to help keep them straight. My teeth were extremely crooked so I did do the process twice but it is worth it for the price if needed. Customer service has been great!! They get back to you within a couple of days. Highly recommend if you want a straighter smile

If there was an option to do 0 stars I would, I purchased and paid in full 1/31/2026. The impression kit was quickly sent out. Once returned it was confirmed received. Here it is 4/2/2026 with multiple calls to see what steps are next each time I call I get the run around “please give us one business day to have your smile projection” and now, my refund is not even a full refund. I didn’t get the product and they are still charging! This is ridiculous. I was able to get 95% refunded (supposedly will be in 7-12 business days) but I truly think I should be receiving a 100% refund as the service paid for was not ever done.
