If it was possible to give 0 I would

If it was possible to give 0 I would! One is too generous!
This company who is formally Your Smile Direct is a joke! I’ve had my aligners 3 years!
Last time I saw my dentist they said that I should not have gone there! They said it was a short term fix! Which I completely understand! As I said, this is coming up to my 4th year, if I don’t wear my aligner every night my teeth shift!
I emailed them to see if I could get a new retainer but the company has shifted and the email was never received!

I would avoid at all costs! Please go through your dentist and get professional work instead of using this company!

Absolute disgrace.

Absolute disgrace.
Done my research on a few companies for ages before spending any money and what a waste of time it all was. Its just put me off using any other company in the future now. They fooled me into thinking they were actually smile direct club and not YOUR Smile direct. I then paid £500 and a further two £50 payments were taken from my bank after I hadn't been able to get in contact with them for a few weeks. I quickly cancelled any direct debits and checked the company out again and they had gone into liquidation. I called my bank ASAP and luckily for me they returned all my money. Luckily for me it was just a huge waste or time and worry whereas others have lost their money for good. They have just renamed themselves so would advised to avoid like the plague!!

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! I never write reviews but I had to this time. I paid for the full treatment under their previous alias Your Smile Direct and they have failed to fulfil that treatment and just rebranded to Alignerly. Myself and many others are left with thousands of pounds of debt and no product/end result. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE them or any of their sister companies, SCAM ARTISTS.

They were formerly Your smile direct which went into liquidation and by the sounds of it have left hundreds, if not thousands of people in the dark after taking their money without providing any customer care of in some instances, no aligners at all.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They were under 'Your Smile Direct' and have now partnered with Alignerly (or essentially rebranded themselves to get away from their fraudulent activity).

They took me on as a new customer in April- knowing they were going into liquidation in July (they had over £4mil in debt so they knew...). They charged me £1200 and led me on for four months. I never received a product, and they still haven't bothered to tell any customer about their liquidation.

NO NO NO.

The worst part was their lying staff who were so sweet over the phone. I'm looking at you Jessica Murray- you really shouldn't be hired anywhere else again. Disgraceful.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. This company used to be Your Smile Direct which offered exactly the same treatments. It went in to liquidation as it didn't pay its bills (the aligner supplier!!), with reported €4.4m losses!! The website for YSD forwarded to Alignerly and no-one is answering any calls or emails from the YSD numbers. YSD has left me and many customers out of thousands of pounds as well as outstanding treatments and services and it thinks it can just phoenix a new company 'Alignerly' to steal more money from customers and suppliers. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I paid OVER £1000 and have yet to receive even ONE set of my aligners! The contact numbers for YSD and Alignerly appear to have been disconnected in an attempt to bury their head in the sand and run off with everyone's money!
No one has responded to ANY of my email or voice mails asking what's happening.
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT GO WITH THESE ABSOLOUTE THEIVES!

Read all the reviews on here before you…

Read all the reviews on here before you even consider treatment. Alignerly is owned by the same guy Graham Byrne who has left hundreds of customers at your smile direct out of pocket and now having to seek treatment elsewhere. My advice would be to pay for a proper high street orthodontist.

ABSOLUTE CON - WAS 'YOUR SMILE DIRECT' -

I feel compelled to warn anyone who may be considering treatment with Alignerley.

Alignerley claims to have been registered in 2015. This is untrue. Here you will find the companies registration with CRO in 2020

(Search Alignerly Ltd - company number 668055 on the CRO website)

Alignerley has been set up to replace Your Smile Direct Ltd, which went into liquidation on 6th July 2020. Graham Byrne was the director of Your Smile Direct, and is now the director of Alignerly.

I paid Your Smile Direct a £564 deposit for aligner treatment in May 2020, to which all communication stopped suddenly. Having done some research, I shockingly find that YSD have gone into liquidation without any communication to their customers. No sign of my money or treatment - absolutely criminal! And now these criminals have set up a new company in the form of Alignerly.

I would strongly recommend that anyone who has been conned out of money by Graham Byrne and his company Your Smile Direct, register your complaint immediately with the financial ombudsman, your bank and also the BBC Watchdog (Yesterday, I was contacted directly by the BBC about this, so I know that they are actively researching this issue)

No doubt this post will be removed for being 'damaging'. But the public need to be made aware about crooks and criminals such as Graham Byrne.

Please do you research - you will find many recent news articles exposing this situation, where hundreds of people like myself have been conned and are out of pocket.

Website does not exist. This is formerly Your Smile Direct who have gone into liquidation and have scammed hundreds of people. I was one of the lucky ones and got a refund just before they disappeared. Do not go with these people. Avoid at all cost.

I received a full refund today...

Despite being clearly conned into paying £299 three weeks ago for my treatment, and having received no contact from them after making said payment (despite constant calls and emails). Today I received a full refund. So they are possibly working their way through.
