Easy ordering, high quality product but a little expensive.
This was my second purchase as my first pair of insoles have reduced the pain in my feet, so I also needed for a new pair of shoes. Competitive products are much, much cheaper, but I have not found anyone like these. A petty that they have to be that expensive. Fast delivery in just 2 days from ordering.
I got a pair from a local foot clinic.
I have to admit I didn’t expect them to work but after a long period with pain in my feet within 48hrs I noticed a difference.
I have also used them running and again they impressed me.
Maybe they won’t work for everyone but if you have pain and have tried many other products I would say it’s worth a try - it’s worked for me!
Best insoles i have ever used. Cannot recommend these insoles enough. Yes they are a bit expensive but if you need them they are well worth every penny.
The sandals arrived. They are many, many sizes too large. I am a standard women's size 9, and this size has always fit me no matter the brand. The pair of Align sandals I received are over an inch too long and over an inch too wide. This is unaccepable. I am requesting a full refund, including the shipping costs.

I would recommed you to change the insoles. You have 60 days guarantee on the insoles because we do not want you to pay for anything that has no positive effect.
We always recommend that you measure the foot and get the right size of insoles. If, even so, you receive the wrong size, we will be pleased to exchange the insoles. NB: You pay the cost of returning the insoles to us. Align Footwear then covers the cost of sending a replacement pair of insoles. 17 days into wearing these insoles I am delighted to say that my mobility has considerably improved.
