HR analytics course review
I really enjoyed the HR Analytics course. It gives a clear and practical introduction to how data can actually be used in HR, not just in theory but in real situations.
What I liked most was how hands-on it felt. Working with metrics like cost per hire, time to fill, and pay equity made everything easier to understand and more relevant to day-to-day HR work. It also helped me see how analytics connects to bigger business goals, not just HR tasks.
The parts about HR scorecards, data dictionaries, and even some basic Excel functions were especially useful. They added a nice balance between strategy and practical skills.
Overall, it’s a great course if you’re in HR and want to become more data-driven without feeling overwhelmed. Definitely a good starting point.
